Elements of Nutrition is a new, locally owned and operated health food store serving the well being of Wilmington with a wide variety of natural and organic foods.

Our goal is to help people live healthier lives by offering the finest organic, natural, vegan, non-GMO and gluten free foods and the highest level of customer service to make your shopping experience convenient, positive, easy, and respectful.

We have a registered dietician on staff to assist with all of your questions about medical conditions and health issues. Many issues can be solved with a change in diet!

This place is amazing. Well stocked with so many supplements, herbs, toiletries and much more. Caren has a lot of useful information and I learned a lot from her today. I really recommend checking it out, you will be surprised to find products that you had no idea that you’ve been needing this whole time! I went in for shampoo and came out with not only the shampoo but, also a really good book toiletries and supplements that you can’t find anywhere else.
Karen and Amelia did a great job of helping me to find products! This place offers many vegan foods that even in New York I had to order online or could only find in select places! The store was clean and I got a pre-made hummus and veggie sandwich as well. It is a bit pricey so I took off a star for that, as well. They offer cereals and milks I have never seen before so enjoy the variety. Would recommend all vegetarians and vegans to check out this store if possible and support a small business! Planning to return here when I do my grocery shopping next to get some more items. Service was friendly and they do have a food truck but not sure the details of that. 4/5

Nice selection, but I would check that the dates on items are not tampered with and good before purchasing.
Elements of Nutrition has the best prices for organic, veg and health foods when compared to their competitors. If they do not have a particular item that you are looking for, the manager will do what she can to get it in the store without the customer having to buy an entire case. The staff is very accommodating and as a bonus, they do not have a corrupt board of stewards.
Great local store with fresh organic produce. The owner Caren is not only knowledgeable about her products, but knows exactly what I'm interested in. It's more than shopping, it's an experience. Sorry Whole Foods, you've been replaced.
Good selection of products, many brands you will not find elsewhere. Some prices are expensive and others are market value. Customer service and care is excellent. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and cares about your health.
Awesome bulk selection-- teas, spices, grains and more. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed the pleasant and clean atmosphere.
