Elevate Addiction Services - San Jose

I had a wonderful experience at Elevate. I achieved my fitness goals, was able to practice mindfulness and sit with my emotions and detox from anti-depressants and drugs and alcohol, establishing healthy eating, sleeping and exercise habits.

This program saved my life. Before I got here I was depressed, I thought life was pointless and there was no hope for me. I as unhealthy, weighing under 110 pounds. After my 90 day program I find myself waking up happy everyday , excited for what the day will have to offer.

I enjoyed Elevate as a whole. I liked the structure and have gained life long tools as well as lasting sobriety.

Elevate was structured and honest about rules, regulations, the program, and the staff responsibilities. They allowed us to teach ourselves the tools to become the individual we desired to be.

My time at Elevate has been a very productive and enlightening experience. I came in lost, broken and had no purpose in life. I am leaving with the tools and experience i need to stay sober.

I feel I gained many tools learned about myself and explored my addiction in ways that will benefit my future.
