Poor customer service - Came out to give an estimate which is expected and set a date for tree removal. When the day came, he sent an email stating he couldn't do the job rather than calling me directly. He gave a bunch of excuses rather than owning the fact he outkicked his coverage on a large job.

Awesome! Elijah made himself available quickly. Polite, professional and did a great job! If you need tree care....this is the place to go!

I feel like I can really trust Elijah's Tree Care service. Elijah is so knowledgeable but never pushy. Very pleasant to work with. Great job, reasonable price, efficient timeline.
