Elite Dental

This place is a disgrace. I was seen there today. After being called to the back I sat n the dentist chair for 35 minutes. When the dentist finally came he was rushing through my cleaning like he was late for something with no care or sensitivity. While doing the scraping of my teeth he was moving so fast and vigorously that he wasn't paying attention to the water filling up n my mouth and had to grunt and tap him on the arm to be allowed to use the suction device. When he started doing the bushing he just sped through it with no care or concern. Before he even took the cleaning device out of my mouth his assistant had the cup of mouthwash in my face as they were rushing out of the chair and asking me to sign a form. It was if they were factory workers working on an assembly line. The problem is we allow people from outside the black community to come into the community and conduct business in a very disrespectful manner. What's even more problematic for me is that his assistant was a black woman who was assisting him in treating me this way. It's my own fault because I have previously experienced the low level of care and sensitivity to the patient at this location and I always say I'm never going back. Now look at me. The ladies at the front desk are always very nice though.

This use to be a good place, so in my loyalty I kept bringing my kids back hoping things would change. But it's a bad management decision to have one Dentist working yet you schedule 10 to 15 clients a day And this has been going on for over 6 months. They have no shame admitting it either. Receptionist and dental aides are very sweet and try to make you comfortable while you wait for 3 -4 hours just to see the Dentist. This is disgraceful to run a business like this ..Has anyone considered downsizing their receptionist staff and hire another Dentist . You don't need 4 to 6 people telling you to have a seat and fill out a form. This place need more Dentists ...The star is for the friendly receptionist.

I came into this office this morning in severe pain. The entire staff was pleasant and efficient in assisting me in my discomfort, especially The office manager. Juanita B. Holman. She has a very pleasant attitude and made sure I didn't leave that office the way that I came. I left there today with an appointment to get the rest of my needed work done. Thanks guys!!! Because of your team. I am pain free for the first time in 7 days!!!

When I walked into the building it had a very good atmosphere clean very organized the receptionist at the desk were very kind helpful and clear with what was going on for the appointment. The dentist assistant was very kind she was very clear very knowledgeable what the appointment consist of and but I needed to know.. the dentist was very nice kind he was clear and very knowledgeable for what the appointment was for and the steps that were going to be needed to complete the procedure I was getting he allowed me another time frame that it would be done by and everything that I needed to know.. all in all my appointment was great outstanding also I was very happy with all the employees work also I would refer this to anybody it's a very great dentist.. Today was my last day or step to get my dentures my teeth look amazing and I love you down to great company the best people were the women behind me counter checking everyone and doing all the hard work and call me when my appointment on time with them call me. Lol. But I don't understand everything with you you told to me and two great place.

I had first ever appointment at Elite Dental-Park West. Best experience at dentist in my life. The ladies at reception area were friendly and helpful and very nice. Service from dentist, techs and assistants was quick and efficient. Great work and didn't even feel a thing when numbed my gums. I highly recommend this office

The wait!! The wait!! The wait!! It's so slow in here omg, as soon as you come on time.. Still haven't been seen yet been here for three hours... Then had the nerve to send me home due to me allegedly needing a “deep cleaning” which they could have did it! All that time I was waiting as if I don't have a life this is crazy! Never returning here

I had a toothache that was really stressing me out. I couldn't eat or sleep and really needed help. I called them and they had room for a same day appointment All staff were really nice and welcoming. Clean facility and they give you free tooth brushes and toothpaste.

My dental appointment was August 1, 2022 my first time ever being there. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and courteous and very helpful. The Dentist was very polite and so were the assistants my first visit to Elite Dental was very nice. I wish someone would get back to me about my dentures, they told me I'd receive a letter 2 weeks after my visit from my insurance company and I'd be called in to be fitted for my new dentures but I haven't received a call or a letter. I had an appointment today to be fitted for my dentures. There was no wait time I was seen ad soon as I came in, the dentist and his assistants were on point and they got me in and out in a matter of minutes. More offices need Men and Women like the ones who work at Elite Dental.

I have had nothing but a great experience coming here. The Dr. Dentist is excellent. Whether he has to pull your teeth or fill them, u have no pain. This Doctor is God sent, and I am so glad God sent me to him. January 28th 2023 The best that ever did it. Please try this location. The Dentist is a one Man working machine. He is kind, nice, and knows his stuff.

An inviting, friendly atmosphere with a staff which seems to be highly trained. Very professional and well-mannered. Cleaning ness of the building seems to be under managed. My past appt on Wed was for a routine check up and cleaning. I feel that the dentist himself, didn't do a thorough job as far as observing my teeth, and the cleaning job was so fast. I believe that all doctors should spend accurate time with his or her patients doring exams. Monday July 18th, I was a walk in at the clinic and I have to say that it was a pleasant wait. Even though I had no appointment and those with an appointment, I was seen in no time. Doc took the time to examine my teeth and mouth. He took the necessary time to treat my problem and made suggestions. Truly did his job as a professional, as his assistants! Plus I like to thank the receptionists at the front desk they all were magnificent... They're pleasantness made my visit bearable. August 1st i had an excellent experience with the front desk staff, and the inturns. Not to mention Dr Dentist himself, Dr Bower... he is thee best, takes time to E E T examine, explain and treat. Ensure you that you know no and understand what's going on in your mouth. I like to send out special thanks to the entire front desk! With out you all, none of this would be possible.
