Elite Home Health of Springdale

The care we have gotten since the loved one we take care of our home has been pretty good with one lone exception. The supervising doctor arranged to have an Elite person come to the home to perform bathing duties while the loved one has to use a catheter. Sadly, the person assigned by Elite to do this service has failed to show up six times. The scheduler assures us that this was a mistake and that the assigned person would be there THIS time, but again a no show. This lady came the first time and hasn't been back since. The other staff coming in to do other services has been exceptional, but the office staff and this particular lady who schedules but doesn't show up.....well.......if anyone needs a home health company to come in and bathing is important to them.....you do not want to use Elite.

They care more about doing things right, caring for each patient and serving families than any other home health company I know of. Great people and wonderful service.
