Milla's work stood out to me. I called to schedule an appointment and was scheduled for my first visit. During my appointment, Milla thoroughly explained the process, drew out my brows, and we began. Milla has numerous awards and certifications to back up her skill. It's quite impressive. A week after my first visit Milla called to check on my progress, which I appreciated. It also gave me a chance to ask a few questions about additional services and the healing process. On my second visit, Milla asked what I thought of my eyebrows and if I wanted to do anything different. I made a few suggestions, she drew my eyebrows out perfectly, and the work started. When she was done I couldn't believe how perfect my eyebrows looked! They look natural and full now. I LOVE them! I had my eyebrows done several years ago. They were thick, black and the wrong shape. More recently, my lip liner was done by someone most likely, very inexperienced. Laser was ineffective when performed on my eyebrows, so I had them surgically excised, which left deep scars. I hid the area for so long with thick, long bangs. Then I found Milla! She’s My Hero! The Consummate Professional! A True Expert in her Field! One can only imagine how nervous and skeptical I was when I went to see her for the first time. However, just by walking into her office, I felt safe. It was fresh and clean and white. As a nurse, I expected the procedures to be done under the most stringent sterile conditions as possible. Without a doubt, they were. Milla promised to do her best but told me not to strive for perfection. Her work far exceeded my expectations. My eyebrows turned out better than I could have ever imagined! We’re still in the process of doing my eyeliner. Soon, I’ll be looking forward to getting my lipliner redone.
