Story

We're located in a quiet corner of the Lamb's Thriftway complex, along Oleson road.
We know that everyone wants to strive and thrive, to get healthier and happier. We give you an opportunity and a place to do just that, with added benefit of meeting and training with friendly, like-minded individuals.
We specialize in a well-rounded treatment of the martial arts, particularly tae kwon do and karate, where anything goes if it helps us to learn self-defense or fitness techniques.
The Master Instructor of the academy is Randy Osborne, fifth dan in taekwondo and black belt (or sash) in four other martial arts, and has been an instructor and coach for over twenty years.
