great team.  I had a residential install.  High end TV with furniture, universal remote.  great recommendations, easy to understand quotes - no inflated prices, etc. skilled team. fast service and they stand behind what they do. highly recommended.

This was my first time using Elite Media Solutions
I would absolutely use them again
The recommendation Brian made was perfect for our situation
Installation was on time and perfect(no shortcuts)

After the television was installed  a defect in the TV was noticed by the installer(damaged in shipping)
He took the TV down immediately and within 24 hours a new TV was delivered and installed-no hassle

Elite Media Solutions did a SUPERB job installing several new TVs in my house and upgrading my network service.  My experience with them was exceptional!  Brian and his team found creative ways to work around some problems we were having.  They were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable.  I highly recommend Elite Media!  They deserve a five-star-plus rating!!

Elite Media Solutions is an OUTSTANDING integrator/installer.  I used another vendor at my previous residence and he started doing the work on my new house and left me high and dry.  Brian and his team came in and took over where he left off (he had only installed some speakers) and got a smart home system up and running for me.  Over the last several years they have helped me expand my original system.  Brian is always amazingly helpful in presenting the options with the latest technology and helping me decide they way to proceed.  I may not be close to the biggest install they have done but they have always made me feel like a priority.
