I always have an amazing experience at Elite Nails! Every time I go there, they do an awesome job. Kate's usually the one who does my nails and she is so sweet and actually listens to what I want done and helps me decide on what to do. I've been there quite a few times and I've loved my nails every time! She's always able to squeeze me in and work around my crazy schedule. I've brought a couple of friends there as well and they've loved their nails too! I recently moved to the cities, so I was in need of a new nail salon, and after the handful of times I've been there, I can confidently say that l'll always be going to Elite Nails!
Great service! Relatively quick for acrylics, wide color selection and all caring, friendly staff! For reference, I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish as well as a pedicure not pictured. Establishment was clean, relaxing and well decorated too! Would come again.
I loved my experience here! Kate did my nails and did everything very nicely. I love how they came out. She was very nice and made conversation. This is my second time coming, and i will for sure be coming back!
i love these nails so much! these were the best acrylic nails i have got , they were very nicely done and looked perfect . also the people who worked there were very nice and so was the woman who did my nails kate . she was so sweet and loved to keep conversation . she is wonderful at her job and i really recommend coming here .
I got gel nails done yesterday as of writing this and one of my entire gel nails popped off almost 24 hours later I’m very disappointed considering how much I paid and tipped. I will not be returning, very upset because I have an event coming up. I did not peel this off it literally popped off
I came in to remove my old acrylics and get a regular gel manicure. Instead of soaking the acrylics off or drilling them down, Kate the manager starts prying the acrylics off me. I made her aware she was hurting me, but she continued to rip every nail off. A big chunk of my thumb nail got ripped off. My cousin got an acrylic set done by Kate right before me. There was over 5 cuts around her cuticles by the time she was done. When we told Kate she had hurt both of us she said we were too sensitive. It was a disappointing experience :
If you want your fingers to get filed as well as the nails and bleeding, please let the manager of this store to be your nail technician. More, she charged me $20 extra to just remove my dipping powder nails…?? I want to say thank you to the girl took over to fix the disaster and applying the cuticle oil. She even gave me bandaids for my bleeding fingers at the end.

It's been a week and my nails still look just as good as they did when I first got them done. I love the how she took her time with my nails. The salon was not busy. There was only 2 or 3 customers in there at a time. Its very nicely decorated, I immediately felt comfortable because it was so clean and Covid approved.
