I was sold expired vitamins by one of the staff workers there. I did not open the vitamins and I realized that when I got home and tried to return it that week and they refused a return on my item because of their no return policy and also told me that it was discontinued. They tried to offer a gift card to buy any other vitamins but I only wanted a certain type of vitamin. So I was cheated out of my money.
If you heat your home with ten dollar bills, then you’ll love this store’s selection and the cashier’s banalities about the weather. I just spent over sixty dollars on a 60-serving container of pre-workout, and the same one sells for 37 on Amazon! And that was after what the cashier said was an “already discounted” price! It’s no wonder the prices aren’t clearly posted, as they constitute extortion. Shame on me for supporting this brick and mortar; I hope this place is the next to be bulldozed after the offices next door. Upshot is I don’t even need my supplement to rage in the gym now.
Be careful of this place! If you are looking for knowledgeable individuals to help you understand the products you are buying--LOOK ELSEWHERE. Upon my first visit, I was told, "the human body does not repair itself naturally." Hence, I should buy a series of products for almost $200 to heal my body for the first time in my life! Wow, it's amazing that I've lived this long without these products. The most alarming part about the experience was the consistent lack of knowledge about the the nutritional products being sold at Elite Nutrition. Prescribing supplements to strangers, especially when you have NO MEDICAL BACKGROUND IS DANGEROUS AND IRRESPONSIBLE. I asked the employee what his educational background was because one of the products he 'recommended' was a pre-workout. I specifically mentioned my heart condition upon the opening moments of our conversation--he assured me this would be perfectly healthy. Needless to say, I was very skeptical of the information being presented and began questioning some of the other recommendations that were made. The employee became intolerant and outright rude with my concerns. Finally, I asked how he could safely recommend these products to someone without knowing about the physiological effects on the body?! Suddenly, he could not answer my question. Stay safe and steer clear of these jokers!
I've recently started working out pretty hard and wanted a protein to go along with my work outs. I went in there looking for a specific brand and was sold on a product I've never heard of but he sales associate told me it was one of the best out there. After doing some research I find out that the protein he sold me is expired and on a major recall. Thanks for nothing "Elite Nutrition".
Stopped in and asked salesman many question about proper diet and nutrition. He was very helpful, giving detailed answers on foods with high mineral amounts and what a well structured diet looks like.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not sign up for a membership.... It's a scam. Also understand they cannot return any items even though they say they can. Stay far away.
