Driver Julio showed up precisely on time, drove my cats and me to the vet, then waited until we were done and drove us back. Great driver, fun to talk to, and cats were traumatized by the whole experience but that would have happened anyway because they're whiny wonderful babies.

We hired Elite to transport our 2 dogs both terrible travelers and 2 cats also terrible travelers for an out of state move. Julio took great care of them. All arrived safely. We were kept updated on the travel the whole time. Highly recommend.

I have to transport my new kitten Lennie from NYC to Rochester. I have to say this is definitely a GREAT experience with Elite Pet Ride. Their response to my questions was always fast and solved all my problems and concerns. Their quote was affordable and it was the best price I received. At first I was very worried about the trip because it's about 600 miles and the kitten is only 4 months old. But Elite Pet Ride finished the transport PERFECTLY with amazing services. They not only have a driver in the front but also a companion who took care of my kitten all the time. They arrive on time and the car is really clean. I can see that my kitten felt safe and happy all the trip. The whole experience with Elite Pet Ride was smooth and successful. I'll definitely choose them again if I have any other transportation.

I cannot thank Elite Pet Ride enough for the assistance they provided for vet appointments following my dog’s recent surgery. The driver was always prompt, caring, helpful, and the car was clean. He carefully assisted my 14 yr old 75 pound dog getting in and out of the car and carried him into the vets office when needed. Booking was easy and the office contacted me when they had a cancellation for a time that I needed. Having reliable transportation took a lot of the stress out of a otherwise stressful situation.

We enlisted Elite Pet Ride’s services for the first time today, transporting our two huge dogs from Queens to Brooklyn, and the experience was so seamless and great. They were very communicative and responsive from the minute we submitted the request, which was already a good sign, and the driver Julio arrived 10 minutes early. It was such a relief considering our last experience with a different pet cab service who showed up 45 minutes late. This company is really professional and on point, and the ride was very comfortable for us and our dogs. The car was spotless and spacious, and Julio was so kind and friendly. It’s clear that he really loves dogs and animals in general. He was so sweet to our pups. I’m grateful to have found this service and plan to use them exclusively for pet rides going forward!

These guys are amazing. We had a puppy arriving in AA air Cargo in La Guardia airport and our first flight was cancelled then our second was cancelled due to weather. AA told us they would ship the puppy back if we didn't arrive at Cargo by 10. I called many dog taxi services and hit answering machines. I called Elite Pet Ride, Sharon answered right away and within minutes Julio and Sharon had our stress and issues resolved. They came recommended by vets and other pet taxi services in the area. They picked up the pup, got her situated overnight, drove her from NYC to Maine for us. I can't say enough good about them, hands on, answer their phones, get the job done, responsive non-stop 24 hours until your pet gets from point a to point b . Absolutely amazing, thank you guys!

This is my second time using Elite Pet Ride and I have to say that both times the experience was excellent. The first time they picked up my daughter's cat who came from South Korea and the second time they picked up my daughter and her dog. They were on time for pick up in fact my daughter's flight came in an hour early and they arranged to be there so she had no wait time but to walk out the door and cross the walk and her ride was there. Sharon and Juilo are both very pleasant, friendly and professional people and I would recommend this company to everyone who needs this service.

Julio from Elite Pet Ride showed up right on time for a 4:45 am pickup at our Teterboro hotel for me, my husband, and our two dogs. He was punctual, friendly, and very helpful with luggage. Sharon, the owner of the company, was very friendly and helpful with scheduling. We'd recommend Elite Pet Ride for anyone who needs transportation with pups.

The incredible team provided transportation safely and quickly from one of our trusted trainers in NC to their forever home in LI. We recommend them highly. Both dogs are extremely fearful so are flight risks, yet they were transported safely and when they were brought out to pee they had multiple leashed and harnesses on for safety. We are so thankful!
