After a total hip replacement and fractured femur, my Orthopedic surgeon requested home bound PT and highly recommended ‘Elite Professionals Home Care’ to provide that service. The name of this company is synonymous with the care that these professionals provide Elite. My first contact was with Tyler Pahl; DPT who evaluated my post surgery discharge papers and asked all of the required health care questions concerning my overall health, post surgical concerns and fully described the action plan that he felt would provide me an opportunity to recover quickly and efficiently. During my 3 month PT at home, he frequently called and stopped over for regular checks on how my PT was progressing. Other members of the team included Kira Loken OT, Aaron Smith PTA and Andrew Svatora PTA. These highly skilled Occupational and Physical therapists worked diligently twice a week with me taking me from a wheelchair to using a walker and then a cane and walking on my own unassisted. They provided solutions when I thought there were none available and brought me to walking up and down stairs, getting into and out of a car safely, worked with me on increasing and maintaining balance, strengthening leg and hip muscles, getting into and out of bed and showering safely. The list goes on and on with the tasks that we usually just take for granted. My Doctor commented on several follow up visits how well I was doing and he remarked that Elite Professionals must be doing a good job. They were indeed! I am very pleased and grateful for the hard work, the perseverance, the commitment to excellence and concern that this group of professionals provided me for my medical achievements. My mom had to have Lymphedema treatment on both her legs due to swelling from her diabetes . We had the pleasure of getting OT specialist Sarah to work with. She was very kind and understanding of our situation and would listen to my mom and work with her on days she didn't wish to be wrapped on her right leg due to injury. She answered all questions and went beyond to help us. Plus she was very fun to talk too and felt more like a friend than a care worker. She also took the time to get to know my youngest daughter and included her in her grandma's care. We would totally work with her again if needed.

I have 17 years experience in the healthcare setting, and I have to say Elite is amazing. Because of my experience in healthcare, I know what to expect, and tend to be very critical of anything less than top notch care. The nurses are all very nice, professional and easy to talk to. I have also had physical therapy and occupational therapy who have gone above and beyond my expectations as well. They truly care and want the best for you. Everyone is very encouraging and help you attain your goals. I found the occupational therapist to be extremely.helpful.

Contacting Elite after my spinal fusion surgery was just what I needed. Makenna, my occupational therapist is the greatest!! She is so patient with me, and my dog. Dr's say I'm doing better than expected and I'm sure it's due to the great care I'm receiving! Thank you Makenna and the great team at Elite!!

We are super fortunate to have Kelsey as a nurse for my mom. She is absolutely amazing! She is available anytime my mom needs her or has a question. She is amazing with all cares and truly has the patients best interest at heart! She has made this it so easy process for my mom become a much more comfortable experience and we couldn’t be more thankful for all she has done for us! Thank you Kelsey!!!

I have been lucky enough to be a patient of the nurses with Elite professional for almost a year now. Theres are good days and bad days but all in all my experience this far has been pretty excellent. I am thankful they excepted me as a client and got me out of that Shady Acres Asylum of a nursing home l was living in. I have a really great group of nurses that are awesome to work with.

I needed PT after dealing with covid and its after effects. Elite was recommended to me by the social worker at the rehab facility I was in. My therapists, Aubrey and Tyler, were caring, attentive, and made certain I was able to move to the next level of recovery.
