Before you sign! Read this! I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Elite Transportation Systems Inc. in Blaine, Minnesota. Initially, they seem accommodating and friendly, but their true colors emerge once you're locked into a contract. After the first three months, they drastically changed their treatment, expecting unreasonable labor under the guise of being an independent contractor. They promise a 60% cut but rarely deliver more than a fraction of that. You end up shouldering exorbitant expenses, including diesel, truck maintenance, and insurance, which can easily exceed $800/week. Moreover, you're required to front over $6,000 upfront for down payment on equipment, insurance and initial expenses. Despite these financial burdens, they prioritize their profits, leaving drivers struggling to break even. Their contracts heavily favor the company, leaving little room for negotiation or protection for the drivers. It's a system designed to exploit, with no regard for the well-being of their contractors. If you're considering working with Elite Transportation Systems Inc., proceed with extreme caution. They operate with greed, exploiting drivers under the guise of opportunity. Don't fall victim to their predatory practices.

This review is for Elite Transportation Systems, Inc. Trucking company in Blaine, Minnesota … I work with them until they terminate my lease with Unknown explanation I didn’t have any lawyer I had didn’t have anywhere to go. I just left to Kalma and this is where I can Warn others So they know where they’re getting to These people will rob your money …and terminate the lease. …Once you sign up the first three months, they treat you nicely …after that you gonna see who they really are..you gonna provide insane labor under the name of independent econtractor….they gonna charge Customer more and give you a little just like Uber and Lyft up and down but never 50% even though they claim me to be 60%… also remember they have to make their maney first in full …before you make anything …The paperworkhh they have you to sign it’s in their best interest 100%. but also remember you pay for the diesel you pay for the truck ..you pay for the insurance ….also there is a registration etc. And all expenses is is over 3K a month.. sometime, you don't make that much per go month ...plus you have to have over 5K for the first month to buy equipment, diesel insurance, and so on …..They gonna use you whenever they want to ….cause you sign the paperwork. There is no humanity is all about greedy… I guess they do all that cause they know they have power of security, lawyers etc. they drain my all credit cards plus my 8000$ cash in the name of independent contract …. I really hope karma will get them. … if you are here in the world to hurt others that openly karma won’t let you or your family live a peaceful life.. I believe .. I really hope Doug , Jason, and the owner the best.. peace .

Don’t lease a truck thru them especially if working a dedicated route for Roberts Hamilton I wouldn’t recommend any one to work for them they never paid for 1 months worth of work they rather care about a truck over someone’s family….

I had a fantastic experience with Elite. Allison was so helpful in getting my order and payment set up. Brandon was friendly and provided me a very accurate ETA for the truck to arrive. The driver helped me get my skid to the ground level and had it delivered quickly. I couldn't ask for a better experience and will most definitely use this company again for my company's courier needs. Most professional and proficient!

I was at Kwik Trip this morning when I tried to hold the door open for one of your couriers I believe. Anyway, he angrily pushed the door open in my face and said "learn how to read, it says out!!!" He was a man in his 50s or 60s brown hair with a burly beard. He was very rude! I just wanted to let you know so you can have chat with him about how he should treat people, especially in a company uniform. Have a wonderful day.

I had a very disappointing experience. I booked a car to be pick my family and I up from MSP airport at 12:05 am. Unlike other car service companies that text the customer a driver name and instructions for pickup, Elite expects the customer to call when your flight lands and coordinate a pickup which is not clear in their email instructions. My family and I assumed they were a no show and took a cab. Elite then texted me at 12:30 am to let me know that they had been waiting and we were marked as a no show. I called them to dispute the charge and was told it could not be removed. Per Elite, this is their business practice and have been in place for 20 years. I won’t be using them again and will opt for other car service companies with better communication with its customers.

One of the worst places to work !! I worked for this place for a couple months and it was a horrible experience .. They took my deposit and my last check for no reason .. I will never recommend anyone to work for elite or user their services.!

Elite made a very stressful situation so simple. They quoted their pickup in three hours and we maybe waited one before they showed up! Thank you for your patience and walking us through the courier process.

I would just like to say Elite Transportation Systems is such an incredible company for your courier needs. Jim Davis and Brandon Padilla were outstanding with their services. 10/10! I would recommend their services to anyone. I also would like to commend them for their support for our TROOPS!!!

I have worked as a customer service representative for Elite since 2013 and cannot recommend this job enough! I was a college student when I started this job and am now employed at a school district but continue to work at Elite summers and school breaks. They have been so flexible and accommodating with my schedule! Elite is my favorite employer and a home away from home. The employees are very friendly and are like a second family. Doug and Kayla treat their employees very well and your hard work efforts are rewarded! The hours are great too with no weekends or holidays and you still receive holiday pay!. I would highly recommend this job.
