I went to Eliza B's to have some monogramming done and it's now my favorite place to shop! Scout bags, jewelry, baby items and NC products perfect for gifting. Beautiful, free gift wrapping and excellent monogramming.

I took some items to be branded with our company logo and Eliza B's did a fantastic job with the 1/4 zip and the vest. From the communication, to setting realistic timelines and the entire design process were great. The items came out great!  They were even able to swap out our old company logo to the new one without ANY signs of damage to the sweater.  I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Eliza B's is the best local store for gifts, or for just treating yourself! Amber and her dog Peanut have created such a fun atmosphere to shop in. My experience has always been an over and beyond approach from Amber and her staff to working with me. They always have the best seasonal items and  they offer monogramming in house! If you're looking for an on-trend, or local gift this is the spot to go. I highly recommend for a personalized shopping experience with high quality products.

This is my go to spot for most all of my gifts! So many unique items and the service is always wonderful! The owner, Amber has a heart of gold and has made this spot just a joyful place to shop!

I called on 12/23/17 and asked if there was any way possible she could monogram a chefs jacket for me.  To my surprise she told me to drop it off before they closed and I was able to pick it up the next morning. I needed it to volunteer at the Charlotte Resue Mission on Christmas Day.  THE busiest retail time of the year and she gave me the greatest customer service!! I highly recommend Eliza B’s!  I will definitely be back!! Have a great 2018!!!

They've done a great job for me on multiple occasions. They have also suggested colors and fonts with embroidery that I might not have thought of which came out fabulous. They've always been on time with orders and I appreciate the text messages telling me when I can pick up. I highly recommend.

This extraordinary shop is above and beyond any in the vicinity. Not only are their gifts unique and lovely but they wrap them to perfection. Amber and her associates are the best of the best! I love the experience of shopping there.

I asked Amber if she could put a 1 off custom logo on a polo for me.  I ordered the polo and had it delivered to her, after which she digitized and stitched the logo on for me.  I had a slight issue with the placement of where the logo was, and despite me offering to split the cost of a new polo, Amber insisted on paying for a new polo for me and fixing my issue.  This is priceless customer service that you cannot find at any big box store.  Thank you so much Amber!

If you want something extra special, this is where you need to go. Amber, the owner , gives you outstanding customer service and also tries to stock her very unique inventory with USA vendors.  This is not a chain and/or your cookie cutter boutique. Please go by and  you will see how special Eliza B’s is.

This place is the best!!! Amber spent so much of her time with me to make sure my item would be PERFECT when I am sure there were a ton of things she could have been doing. Making my item perfect was her number one goal! This place is a real gem and Amber is such a blessing!
