Elkview | Chinese Restaurant

I don't know what it is about this place, but for the price, it can't be best for Chinese takeout. Don't get me wrong, there are better Chinese restaurants, I can think of two in the Charleston area alone. But they cost way more. And of course the takeout is better in Philadelphia and New York, but they have Chinatowns and history, and are a half days drive away. This is a little old hole in the wall joint in a town without a government; its remarkable that you can get better cheap takeout here than in the capitol. Great crab rangoons, too.

Absolutely one of the best local places to grab some Chinese foods. The cream and crab rangoons are some of the best I have eaten. It's a small place, best for takeout.

Had good experiences until this evening when they missed part of the order in the takeout. When I called they argued it was in the bag. Ok fine I just won’t visit again.

Wonderful food. Fantastic friendly people. Buildung is dated and cold but clean. Take out is fast and prices are great for all you get.

The only place I get my Chinese. They are the best and the staff are awesome with my kids.
