After two years of living at the apartment complex, I decided not to renew my lease.
Pros:
1. Great Gym
2. Spacious apartments
3. Friendly staff
4. Service requests are completed right away.
Cons:
1 - Noise and 2 - Quality of the neighbors.
These are the main reasons why I'm moving out. The noise level is outrageous. Since the apartment above me has hard wood floors, I can hear everything above me from heavy walking to slamming things on the floor. To make matters worse, my upstairs neighbors don't have a normal 9 to 5 work schedule, so they come home from work around 2 am, so the walking around wakes me up, so I don't get enough sleep in the morning. Also, I had to call the cops on my upstairs neighbors multiple times ,because they threw house parties and blast rap music all into the night and morning. The music was so loud that the police can hear the music from the side walk and follow the noise.
During my first year, I had a pleasant experience ,but during my second year, the quality of the neighbors went down hill. Furthermore, you can hear everyone's conversation in the hallway. The conversation gets amplified throughout the entire hallway. If you want avoid a fight with your neighbors, then don't move here.
3. Trash - Whenever I leave my trash can outside my door, the valet trash person never picks up the trash. I left my trash out for an entire week ,but no one picked it up. Most of the time , I'm throwing out the trash myself. Yet, I'm paying a mandatory $30.00 valet trash fee
4. High rent - The rent is a little high for what you're getting, compared to the neighboring apartment complexes.
The stress level isn't worth the price. I would recommend erring on the side of caution.

This is a decent place to live. As every apartment has pros and cons, even this apartment has some. This is my second year in this apartments, i would say this as so far so good.
1) All my neighbors are quite and haven't faced any issue with them till now.
2) Trash some times picked by Valet people, some times I had to walk to Trash area to dispose garbage. Since this is not so far from my place, I would not complain on this, but for other folks living in other buildings it might be uncomfortable.
3) Price is little high compare to other apartments.
4) Leasing office staff are friendly and courteous.
5) Any service tickets raised are taken proper care in due time. Remember, you had to use the building online portal to log issues. Oral communication to staff some time works, but having a ticket will definitely work.
6) Parking is a biggest problem if you come late to house. There are no dedicated spots for each apartment, and it is always first come first serve. Wish they have allocated 2 spots to each house with a number assigned to it.
7) Near to Fair Oaks Mall, Burlington, XSport, Walmart and other stores.
8) Easy to access building amenities like Gym, Pool, Tennis court etc..
I am continuing my second year and will update this review based on my observations this year. But overall, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Poorly built apartments and no desire to improve things. I could list a ton of things that need improvement, but it would be shorter to list the positives.......location. That's it.
Rent is incredibly high for what you get here (going back to poorly built and poorly maintained).
We've had recurring bugs and cockroaches, and the answer is just that the exterminator is here every Friday.....which he really doesn't do anything. He applies some paste, the bugs eventually go away for a few months and then come right back.
The lighting sucks. You need to bring your own lamps for every room, the only place there's really a decent amount of light is the kitchen.
If you have a maintenance request, they'll "fix it" the easiest way possible. I've had things break multiple times and recurring issues because of this. We've ended up just taking care of most things ourselves.
I really wouldn't recommend living here. We've lived here three years now, partly due to timing and partly due to miscommunication for our lease expiration and rates (which will go up dramatically every year with zero improvements).

I lived here for 6 years. I want to say that apt rent is too high and buildings are really old compare to price... Parking is competitive in the night, Half of parking spots are reserved. Management sucks when you move to another place or city. They basically deduct 70 percent of your security deposit if you don't renew the contract. If you do renew the contract or move to another building, they highly likely won't deduct any of security deposit. This is just my experience.

This place is cheaper compare to most of the places in the neighborhood but the apartments are poorly built.
1.Poorly built floors. I can hear my neighbor walk, snore, talk, watch television etc. Management refuses to fix it. Please don't live here if you want to avoid fighting with neighbors. I can't wait to get out of this place.
2. Useless and unproductive management
3. Parking issues
4. The swimming pool is overcrowded
Honestly, the apartment is outdated. I lived since 2013 because I was close to my school and I had no option but the management has did nothing to update or make it a better place to live.
Run away from this place or you will get stuck
