Elmcroft has the most caring staff! Every resident is clean and well taken care of! The activities are wonderful and always inclusive to every resident! The building is extremely clean and well managed! I 100% recommend Elmcroft to anyone looking for an assisted living or memory care facility!
The residents are super sweet and all the aides, nurses, and activity people are doing a fantastic job!!!
The staff members I dealt with seemed very unprofessional and that they do not care about the residents they were taking care of it is only a paycheck for them. I would not recommend here
This place is not family friendly .You try to call and the number you are given is never answered and the mail box is always full . I’m calling from out of state and all I want to do is talk to my loved one never happens DISGRACEFUL
