Very impressed with the service and the professionalism. I had to do a power-of-attorney and renew my passport, all done in the same day. Every single one was extremely helpful. Thank you for all your help. May God bless you all.
Worst customer service ever They don't give any accurate information regarding travel procedures for non jordanian And they said they don't have direct connection with the ministry of interior in Jordan Then who does???? Basically employees are lazy to get the information that you need Or to put a little bit of effort to help
Thank you so much!. I wish I knew the staff names to thank them one by one. Such a professional staff. I am proud to be Jordanian. I applied for the passport renewal for me and my wife ALL ONLINE, and I just received the new passports. The whole process took less than TWO WEEKS. You guys are amazing!. Please keep up the good work. WE ARE PROUD OF YOU. Abukhudair Family
I am highly impressed, and extremely satisfied with the fast service of renewing my passport, thank you to the staff, and I appreciate the professionalism, and the speed of sending back my new passport. The whole process barely took 10 days.. All my respect goes to you!
Good people, excellent service. Makes me extra proud of being Jordanian and lucky to have this as my embassy in Washington, DC. Excellent job everyone, you all set such an exceptional example. Always a pleasure to be here.
I recently renewed my Jordanian passport online. I had sent them my old passport and they sent me back my new passport within a few days. Everything was done online. This is an excellent and very impressive service. I want to thank everyone that has made this possible. Thank you.
From a unique experience, the embassy was contacted with ease, and the necessary action was taken with an unexpected speed. From here, I thank all the employees of the Jordanian embassy in Washington, especially Ms. Maha Abu Laban, for what she presented, and this is not strange for Jordanians.
Worst experience I’ve had in my life. I’m actually ashamed of them being our Jordanian representatives in the US! I just wanted a simple thing. Renew my Jordanian passport. I live in Texas so I decided to do online, found the form, filled it out. The website is very confusing. 2 weeks later, no emails, no calls, so I decided to check the website, surprised it said my application was rejected for missing items no description what it was whatsoever. So I tried calling them so many times just to see what it was missing, after 5 days of trying to call them they told me “not sure, come here and we’ll see”, I insisted and the lady replied “let me check, then she told me my photo is old I had to reupload a newer one. Went on their website, there’s no option to reupload or anything. It won’t let me start a new application as mine is pending already. I’ve been trying to call them back to check how can I upload it, after another week of calling, a person answered SUPER RUDELY TODAY was yelling at me and told he “can’t be on the phone with me” as he has other things to do Oh and he actually was USELESS as he told me to come in so he can check it in person in Washington DC. I’m done. I gave up.
Just renewed my Jordanian passport by mail, service was excellent and prompt. Thank you
I went there to get some paperwork done, the embassy looks good on the outside, and I forgot the name of the person that stands outside the doors to direct people but he was extremely friendly and helpful, you go inside the embassy it’s a different story, barely any furniture. And the counselor services room looked like a makeshift movie studio, not even a single good piece of furniture to sit in other than old about to fall apart chairs. The employees try their best however, the protocols there are very outdated to the point they don’t even have change for any sort of currency to pay for paperwork. Disappointed.
