Stayed here four nights during some work related training. Very clean and quiet rooms. The happy hour with free drinks every evening was a very nice perk. The included breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I even ordered dinner from their in house restaurant one evening and it was delicious. They definitely made being out of town more comfortable.
The rooms are clearly old. Wall paper peeling off. Leak damage not corrected in room. The room was SO uncomfortable. I tried turning the a/c down to make it better and it did NOTHING. The front room was almost unbearable but my kids slept there and just slept on top of covers. The bar restaurant was good. Breakfast was good as well. The lobby clearly remodeled but the rooms CLEARLY not.
My stay at this hotel was great - comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and great location. But for me, the true standout was the amazing staff. Cynthia was one of the kindest Hilton employees I have ever interacted with and went above and beyond to make my stay great. The folks working at the breakfast area were all smiles and very friendly. And Rodney the shuttle driver went out of his way to drop me at the rental car center to pick up my car. An already great stay was made better by these kind and caring employees. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - it is doing Hilton proud! Looking forward to returning.
The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast choice is decent, and they make you breakfast per your request such as scrambled eggs and omelet. But the line for getting the freshly made food is quite long. The cart is very scarce, it took us several tries to get one to take our stuff inside. It is pet friendly, but the pet fee is $75.
Very affordable, super clean, decently-sized suites! Kids had a blast, beds were cozy, and the sofa beds were surprisinglycomfortable. I just wish they had 2 queen rooms too, as well as more connecting room choices! The service is wonderful, and their breakfast buffet is outstanding as well. I'm definitely staying here again.Rooms: 5/5
The lobby, breakfast/bar area are remodeled but unfortunately the rooms are old and very dingy. The two bed room was not to my liking. The beds were full not queen, the lights were very bright in the entire room, no soft lights at all & the living room was very dark. It just didn't feel cozy or homey at all. The hotel does provide happy hour & some veggies w dip but no apple cider , I saw wine & beer not sure if hard liquor is part of it. The is also breakfast 6-9am on weekdays which I thought it was ending early but I do like to lounge around in the morning. They had pancakes, French toast & omelet to you liking, bagles & fruit. The pool was just old and some. It had a very strong odor of chlorine and the water was murky. No thank you. Airport shuttle is also provided The staff was very nice
Staff are lovely. Breakfast is great. But....this hotel is *sorely* in need of a major remodel, STAT. We were staying on the top floor and MANY of the ceilings those old office-y drop ceilings that can make a girl feel claustrophobic appeared to be severely water damaged. They've done some cosmetic upgrades as best they could, but still—staying there felt like a time warp back to the 1980s, and not in a good way. My advice to the head honchos at Embassy Suites is to invest some SERIOUS money in improving this place—it will be money well spent.
Free breakfast was good. Pool was clean. Happy hour was a nice perk. But upon entry of our nonsmoking room, there was a pretty strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. The shelving under our mini fridge was chewed up but looked like someone was trying to hide it. Biggest concern was that during our stay, we discovered there were FLEAS in our bed. Disgusting! We changed rooms immediately but I am beyond grossed out. We travel quite often and this is the first Embassy where we've had this issue. Unfortunate.
The hotel was very nice. I was happy with my stay. The pool was awesome and we even had it to ourselves a couple times. Complimentary evening reception is wonderful we had two different bartenders and both were incredible. My only complaint is the shower head stopped flowing water out of it and only the hot water worked on the kitchen sink. They sent someone up for the shower right away but the kitchen sink could not be fixed. Also not a far drive from anything exciting that you want to do.
This is a good place to stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The best breakfast by far. I love the made-to-order omelets! Shoutout to Shelby, and the rest of the breakfast crew for making my mornings enjoyable and easy going. Social hour in the evening is a must as well. Light snacks, soda, and adult beverages are provided. The fitness center is also a great amenity. With a full set of weights minus the ones that appear to have been stolen, a pulley machine with bench, and 5 cardio machines; There is plenty here to keep up with your workout routine while traveling. I didn't use the pool as it was a little dirty the day I did go to use it, but a good size and temperature. No hot tub or sauna bummer. The rooms could use some work. While the overall space is generously sized, the bathroom is tiny. They are in need of a remodel to accommodate for a more comfortably sized bathroom. The living room furniture is a bit dirty looking, and could use some heavier cleaning, but overall a nice room. I will continue to stay here on future trips, as my issues with the hotel are minimal.
