Arrived with my family to a very welcoming staff. Enjoyed the evening reception and grabbed some appetizers from the restaurant. Food definitely could have been better, but not the end of the world. Got to room, very clean and up to date. What I'd expect from an Embassy location. Went down to pool with family but could only use the hot tub as the pool couldn't have been warmer than 55 degrees or so didn't look for or see a temp. The gym was very nice with a good selection of good quality equipment. Overall, very good stay. Will stay again for sure.
Great stay here. Welcoming staff. Fresh made omelettes with all the right sides. Huge breakfast selection. Happy hour is phenomenal. Room was perfect, bed was perfect. Literally .5 miles to the airport. Shuttle followed me to the rental car return and brought me back to the hotel! Will definitely stay here again.
Our stay at Embassy Suites was fantastic. Carlos assisted us with checking into our hotel room. He was very accommodating and gave us a room on the 8th floor. The breakfast options were delicious and we appreciated the 2 free happy hour drinks. I was able to visit the gym open 24 hours and pool area which closes at 12 midnight. Our room was spacious and clean, it also came with a mini fridge! Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.
Accidentally left our Sleep Number pillows valued at $400 and Old Navy jacket valued at $125 in the room after checkout. Called them about the pillows, but didn’t notice jacket missing until returned home. Husband returned in two weeks to ask for the forgot items. Front Desk asked if we called first?! Does that mean that if I didn’t call, you won’t have it?! Got the pillows minus a pillowcase and no jacket! Housekeeper wrote her name on the bag though to claim it if we didn’t show up to get it. Sorry Becca!
I went to this hotel the day before I was to leave the state. To my surprise, my room had a little note waiting for me as well as some snacks! The front desk also gave us 2 drink vouchers per person. The drinks were amazing for free and they also had little snacks left out. Checkout/check in was a breeze and we took their shuttle to the airport. The shuttle worker was super nice and overall it was a wonderful experience. Until it wasn't. I come back from vacation to see my car broken into. A car that I left in their lot, thinking that security+cameras would make it somewhat safe. I understand that the hotel isn't liable for damages, they can't control thieves. What I was upset about was the lack of compassion and communication. The hotel knew my car was staying in their lot as they gave me a little slip for the dashboard. After my car had been broken into, it had also been taped up. So the hotel was at least aware of the break in, but did not bother to inform me. When I arrived after my long flight, I was understandably upset, but never towards the employees. The shuttle driver offered me water which was above and beyond, but management did nothing. The nice front desk lady said she would have the manager call me the next day, and she also got me the local PDs number. So shuttle employee and front desk employee were amazing when I was in crisis. However, I called about 2 weeks ago, the day after the incident, and asked to speak to a manager. I was sent to their voicemail. I left a message asking for a return call. Crickets. I just wanted to see if they were able to review the footage or if I was s-o-l, which I stated in my voicemail. To never return my call after I had a horribly exhausting experience just doesn't sit right with me. I don't want anything, it wasn't the hotel's fault which I've acknowledged multiple times, but I just expected a call back from someone. It seems like management is saying "not my problem I guess" Safety: Not safe at all
Great location if needing to be near Ontario Airport or events around the area. Great hospitality with the folks that work here, rooms were nice and roomy! Only thing I can say I didnt like is the breakfast was not complimentary it was an upcharge of $40 if i remember right through the Hilton Honors app. Other than this was a perfect spot for me visiting from Texas to enjoy a family Wedding in the area!
We stayed here.. our beds were hard as a rock not like other embassy suites we been to. The little couch in the front room had stains on it. Had breakfast and instantly just threw it all up. Milk in the cartons was spoiled. Not to mention I’m 6 months pregnant so it was 10 times worse. This was the worst stay we ever had with any hotel. If I could I wouldn’t give it any stars.
This location is not a jewel in the Hilton crown. Don't get me wrong, it has a lot going for it. On the North side of the hotel are great views of Mt. San Antonio and the sunset on the mountain is really beautiful. On the South side are great views of the aircraft aririving at ONT airport, without a lot of noise from them. It's proximity to ONT airport make it great for a stay prior to flying out or after flying into the area before you make your way to another destination in the area. Unfortunately it's a little tired and it appears that whoever is running it now is trying to skimp a bit. I've stayed here for the past year at least twice a month and the ice machines on multiple floors have been inoperative. There are none of those little amenities I've always seen at Hiltons; No scratch pad or pens, no channel lists for the TV, multiple TV channels are just static. The plumbing in the rooms is sometimes iffy. The bar sinks don't always work, and frequently don't have drain stoppers. The bathrooms have always been well kept in my experience and the housekeeping is good, but some of the rooms show wall or carpet damage that really should be repaired. Overall, not a bad place to spend a night, but not the Embassy Suites I've stayed at in other locations.
Don’t stay here…This was the worst embassy suites hotel I have ever been to in my entire hotel life. I asked for a do not disturb sign the first day…never got it…the sheets and comforter smelled like crap…the property had trash everywhere and wet towels from the pool area outside all weekend…the front desk person lady was condescending and passive aggressive about my concerns…the hotel food was served with plastic plates and plastic cups, utensils…for over $200 a night I shouldn’t be dealing with plastic…worst hotel ever! Don’t stay here….I want my money back!!!
Very close to the airport, yet the rooms are quiet. Love the evening reception. Terrific food in the restaurant. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff. I'd live there if I could!Rooms: 5/5
