I recently moved a friend to Emerald Gardens. From start to finish the experience was positive in every way. Alberto, Jessica and the rest of the staff are just wonderful humans...kind, caring, understanding, respectful and pleasant. The food is absolutely delicious, prepared by a very nice young man who is the chef. The place is very clean and obviously well tended. The staff have all been so welcoming from the beginning. Because of her dementia, I took a few weeks to get my friend fully moved in, wanting her to feel very at home when she was finally sleeping there. We had some meals there before the final move in day, met residents and just got familiar with everything. It was the right approach and now my friend is so happy and content and I am beyond relieved and grateful. I had no idea an assisted living place could be like Emerald Gardens. Should I ever require such a place, I would feel very fortunate to find myself a resident there. It's also nice to now when she needs it, my friend can move over to the memory care area when she requires more than assisted living. Thank you, everyone!!
Alberto was very easy to work with. My brother and I were having a difficult time finding a place for my 90 year old mother. Her level of care has increased so we needed to find a place that would be able to meet her needs. Alberto has worked with us and got us in quickly with no issues. Emerald gardens is great! The staff are genuine and happy to help. I can’t begin to describe the joy I have now knowing that my mother is in a good place and the difference in her overall wellbeing is amazing! Thank you Alberto and Emerald Gardens for providing such a wonderful service for the elderly! There should be more places like this in our community.
Most recent I toured the community and assisted my family move in my wife grandma into memory care. I was very impressed by the staff who welcomed me and helped us during the move. For someone who also has a loved one in Memory Care in a different state, I felt at ease to know my wife grandma was going into great hands with care. We visit her often and she is always smiling and laughing. Thank you Memory Care staff for everything.
A few red flags. First they are hiring for a Director position without Director payDirector responsibilities without the Director compensation. I interviewed a week ago and was told I would hear back this week if I made the 2nd round of interviews or if they were not interested. I have not heard back which shows a lack of communication and structure on the leadership end another red flag. Needless to say Im no longer interested, however wanted to give an honest review so future applicants can save their time and apply somewhere that is a little more experienced and grown up. Nice Clients and location its a shame the lack of structure.
We moved my mom into Emerald Gardens just three weeks ago and so far things have been going good. The staff have been more than helpful and they are all very friendly. The facility is very clean and all the clients in the Memory Care side seem to be well taken care of. I like the Memory Care side because it is small enough that each individual is taken care of and everyone knows their name and there seems to be enough staff to cover every shift and watch everyone properly. I would recommend Emerald Gardens if you are looking to place a loved one in Memory Care.
I would like to share my gratitude and recognition to the leadership and staff of Emerald Gardens. I spent several weeks searching for a Memory care facility for an elder woman under my care as POA. I approached several facility to no avail until I contacted Emerald Gardens. I sent an inquiry through their web site and almost immediately, I received a phone call from Isaiah. He was very accommodating and met with us within an hour of our initial phone conversation. He gave me and my husband a tour of the facility and we started the process for assessment and admission. He was very accommodating, helpful and kept me informed of the progress throughout the progress. Yuri, their Wellness director made her in person assessment of the patient and went above and beyond to reach out to me to get more information way after her work hours to complete her assessment. Her dedication and commitment to help the patient to be accommodated on the right level of care is commendable. As we progress on the acceptance and admission process, Jessica, the facility Administrator connected with me either on the phone or email and updated me on the next step. She helped me understand the process and answered the questions/concerns I had. She was very kind and cordial. I am very grateful for that I connected with these great leaders who are very responsive, caring and helpful. The patient moved in to Emerald Garden expeditiously and is well taken cared of by their caring and compassionate staff. Thank you so much for your help and efficient process. I appreciate your compassion and putting the patient first to ensure she receives the right level of care, safe and comfortable.
Emerald Gardens, clean and rooms looked nice , support staff friendly with residents, food looked great and menu varied. Admin staff is top notch, wonderful caring people. Isiah made the starting process easy, helpful with working with hospital for transition. Yuri a very caring evaluation person. Jessica, the executive director, so helpful and explained every. Business manager was great to work with as well.
Working with Emerald Gardens is a dream. Isaiah and Jessica are wonderful communicators and partners. The community is clean. Resident rooms are large. The staff feel like a big family and treat the residents with respect, kindness, and care. It's a lovely community.
Emerald Gardens is a bright & clean facility. The staff was friendly the moment we stepped through the doors. The office staff was so helpful with my grandmas transition from Independent living to Assisted Living. It is a very welcoming environment and evident the staff really care for the residents. My family is so thankful we were able to find such a wonderful, caring facility for my grandma.
The Sales Director Isaiah Perez is very informative, understanding and caring when family members need questions answered. Even if Isiah is not able to help someone out, he will do his best to to help find accomodations or information that will help the families that come to him. He's a very caring person that is a bright spot in the Emerald Gardens Community. I have great respect for Isiah and how he represents Emerald Gardens.
