Emergency Restoration

Emergency Restoration is a great business. We had a car crash into our office after the driver had a medical episode. The crash caused severe structural damage to the building and although the driver was physically unharmed, we had quite a mess to clean up. Al David, Mike Perrin and their team took great care of us. They made the project easy to deal with from beginning to end and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Emergency Restoration. Thanks for getting us back up and running fellas!

I recently took care of some basement waterproofing through another company and 2 days later a pipe burst in my finished basement. I'm currently a single mom while my husband is deployed in the middle east, so you can imagine that I was completely distraught - especially after having to deal with the waterproofing issue on my own and not having a clue what to do or where to start. After starting the claim with my insurance, I called Emergency Restoration. They handled EVERYTHING. I did not have to worry about calling any other company or any other department within their company because they had someone to handle each aspect - from dealing with my insurance, to the mitigation, to the packout, to the final restoration. I don't believe I even had to call them outside of that initial call, that's how great they were at keeping me informed of what was going on and what would happen next. They always explained everything to me in detail. Also, I felt completely comfortable at all times with the workers coming in and out of my house - that's a big deal when you're a female alone with a small child. The quality of the work done is superb and my basement actually looks better than before! I can't say enough good things about this company! From our initial contact with the professionals at Emergency Restoration through the completion of the reconstruction of our master bathroom after a water leak, our experience could not have been better. Everyone we had contact with were incredible, caring and thorough. Our project manager, Lee, was knowledgeable in all areas, explained everything in a way we understood, and walked us through the process and kept us in the loop at all times. His dedication to us and to every detail was more than impressive and appreciated more than word can say. The trades that were brought into our home and everyone associated with Emergency Restoration were so respectful and took great pride in doing the job right. We feel so blessed and grateful that Lee and Emergency Restoration were on our side making our master bath showroom worthy and taking care of the other areas in our home damaged by the water. Waking up to raw sewage in my basement was bad enough but my husband was leaving on a trip that day. I was nervous handling this by myself but Emergency Restoration arrived even before the plumber. Emergency restoration may be experts in basement cleaning after floods and mold removal but I have found that they are also experts in finding contractors to resolve other household issues like electrical, plastering, painting, door repairs, locksmith, and gutter repair. Contractors were prompt, courteous, and did good work. Mike Perrin has been the project manager for all of my requests and I could not have found anyone better. THANK YOU!

I can’t say enough about this company. They cleaned out my basement and carefully cut up my walls of drywall/paneling so I could put it back together after the May 1st flooding. I called the office yesterday to ask them what they used to cut the nice straight lines. Billy Jackson informed me that it was a sawzall. I’m redoing my basement on my own for financial reasons. I was using a small circular saw that wouldn’t get into the corners. Billy told me he would send out a couple guys out to cut the walls to where I needed them. Mike and Brandon showed up this morning and cut the walls and removed all the debris. No charge...although I gave them some money for a nice lunch or dinner. Strongly recommend this company!

I was up north, 300 miles away from home when my wife called to tell me that our basement had water throughout it. Seems our water heater had burst on the bottom and water had been running for 20 hours. I came home to an absolute mess. I called Emergency Restoration and the owner himself came out to assess the situation. He showed me the meter readings for moisture in my drywall and mapped out a plan for a pack out and reconstruction. The process was unbelievably smooth. Two crews converged on my basement, where they proceeded to carefully photograph the scene, tear out the wet carpeting and pack out my belongings. A project manager was assigned to my case and Emergency Restoration worked hand-in-hand with my claims adjuster. There were a few snafus with my insurance company, but ER took care of everything. I was even able to use ER's certified list of contractors for the drywall replacement, repainting and carpeting. My basement looks exactly as it did before the flood. I've heard horror stories about these types of situations, but the entire staff of Emergency Restoration took a potentially worrisome situation and removed 99% of the stress from it. I only rated them five stars because I wasn't able to give them six!

What it could have been a nightmare, ended up being a non stressful situation. Our project manager was outstanding and so were the people who work for him. I will recommend this Company as excellent. The process between the Company and our insurance was impeccable. Keep up the good work ER!!!!!!!
