Fast. Professional and courteous. From the receptionist, to the owner, it was a great experience. I definitely will use them again if I ever need a tow.

Save your vitriol for those tow cars for another company... this one only gets people off the highway when they are in desperate need of a tow. Cannot say enough great things about ERS! They were prompt, personable and very cost effective. You do have to have cash to pay, but considering they were about a quarter of the cost of the big guys and promised they'd be there in 1/2 the time, it was worth every penny. They don't do contract towing, which means if you see ERS out on the highway, they are heading out to help someone who has called. Smile and wave, don't flip 'em the bird! And they have a flatbed, which helped me because my hubby had a double blowout front and back so he couldn't just be pull-towed. They're in my cell phone from now on!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a company in a very long time, extremely rude and unprofessional. I spoke with a man by the name of Bill, he left me, my 2 year old son, and my wife, stranded on the side of the road so he could go to another job in Houma that paid more money. We only needed to go 5 miles down the road. He didn't even try to refer us to someone else who could help.
