Someone please tell me why these nails took THREE hours…. Also my nail tech left before giving me a topcoat I had to ask another nail tech to put it on because I felt my nails were still sticky…. Forgot to add the best part a third nail tech filed down my natural nail too much with the machine it was so painful and I had to jerk my hand back and then she GIGGLED Update: one nail already broke 4/11/22
Have been coming here regularly for years. Really nice staff and efficient and thorough service. Today the staff did my nails and feet at the same time which I appreciate a lot because it saved me 45 min and that rarely happens.
i like my nails really long and she said i was the first person she has ever done. i gave her a chance and it’s been 1 week and my nails fell off. if you guys like king mail don’t do this place . also she did my nails so thin. come on 60$ down the drain . 0 starService: Gel manicures
I went to Emily's for the first time and loved it. Phoebe did my finger nails and did a nice job. Lily gave my pedicure and also did a good job. I look forward to coming back. Everyone is so nice there. Thank you.
Visited Emily’s today with my 10 year old daughter. They treated her very well and it made her feel special. A few minutes after she had her nails done she scratched one. She was heartbroken. She did not want to go back because she was embarrassed to wreck the work that the lady did for her. I convinced her to go. We walked in and the lady motioned to my daughter and asked “repair?” Without a word they made her nails look great again. My daughter felt even more special than before. We will most certainly be returning.
Got a gel manicure today. Nail polish was put in so thick it was glopping off to the sides. Rather than cleaning it and starting again fresh it was cut off with cuticle trimmers. Gel polish is already lifting off on several nails. Also got a regular pedicure and the polish is uneven and thin. So disappointed and NOT coming back. Update... the gel polish literally started to peel off that night. Worst manicure ever!
Tina, Helen, Holly, Cathy and the girls at Emily's are so amazing. I had an issue with the new manager rushing making the experience stressful. This is a great place thanks to Tina and the other girls. I miss the staff who left due to the new manager, but I know the issue will not stop the great work of Tina.
Everyone here is always very nice, they do a good job, and everything is very clean. For reference, I tend to get gel manicures occasionally a regular one and regular pedicures. I've never been disappointed, and prices are very reasonable.
Wonderful service!!! They are always gentle when I tell them my nails are thin and sensitive. Sweet and professional staff!!!
