EDITED ADDED AT THE BOTTOM*I sent them an email in the middle of the summer last year and never heard back. I figured that maybe they didn’t respond to emails so a couple weeks ago I went in to the store to get new refractory boards for my fireplace. I gave them dimensions of what I needed and asked for a quote of parts to do it myself and asked for a quote for them to do the work. I was in on a Saturday and they said I wouldn’t hear back until Tuesday. I have yet to hear back on my parts quote or for them to preform the work. I have heard they are not the greatest place to work with and that has been confirmed. **the day after I wrote this review I happened to get a phone call wanting to set up an inspection and get an in home quote. The guy was very helpful and informative. He came out the next day and decided what needed to happen to replace my firebox panels. We ended that meeting with him saying he needed to talk to the owner but he would call me back with the quote and the set up the appointment. Another 2+ weeks go by and I haven’t heard a thing from them! I am sitting here with money in my hand trying to force them to take it and they won’t. I will not be using them ever again. What a waste of time!

This team is low energy and no help. I tried to provide them business twice and were to reach me to answer a question and no response. There showroom is 1970s and very poor customer service

I recently had the 864 HO direct vent gas fireplace installed by this company and WOW what a great job on the install. From the beginning taking with Eric and then to the 2 installers from the Romeo building were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and quality of work was A +... Not to mention totally professional and went above and beyond with my install job. I highly recommend using this business for your fireplace purchases... Thank you to everybody at Emmerts Energy for all your help and services... GREAT JOB!

Very helpful. Met with Chris and he answered all our questions. Did not do any hard selling at all... even after spending 30min with us. We didn't make a purchase but we will.
