Came in today for a color and flat iron. Was never told that they could not bleach my hair to make my hair light, even when I came in 3 days ago for the patch test. Hair came out pretty, but it is not what I expected especially wanting something for my birthday on tomorrow. I always feel that the professionals can give their professional opinion, but you always make sure your client/customer leaves satisfied, and clearly I was not. Prices are reasonable, but I can wash and flat iron my own hair, I came for color in preparation of my day.
Great customer service experience with every visit. Students always knowledgeable and eager to teach me as a client. Student hair skills are top notch and I look forward to getting my hair done on a regular basis and the prices for the quality you can't beat.
I came in today to get my hair cut by Beverly and she did absolutely wonderful. She had to ask a couple of questions but then aced it exactly as shown! I will definitely be coming back here for my color when my hair is long enough to cut out the current color. Love the work you guys did!
Empire beauty is a wonderful school, the students are professional, warm hearted and friendly. I would definitely recommend getting them for your beauty needs. S/O to Ms Alston for being such a great teacher.

Javon was great. I really appreciated the time he took explaining the products as he performed magic on my hair. Color, cut and style was completed. If I could add more 's I would; very pleased.
I personally really like advanced because it gives you the opportunity to meet new people and learn new things, it also helps with building up confidence as time goes by since you get a chance to work with real clients. It’s also basically like free style you can do what you would like as long as we’re working on our skill builder but other than that I really like it.
J'me did a great job with my blowout and explained all the steps and products she used. The instructors Mrs. Hall and Mrs. Marion are always present and actually helped fix a cut that I had previously done. I come about every 2 weeks just to get my hair washed and blow dried. And the wait times aren't bad especially for so many walk ins.
It's a great school. I love going here and learning different things ,as well as working with different textures of hair
Had the greatest experience ever !! They are really polite conversation friendly if you want to talk through the appointment. Very professional and clean from top to bottom I recommend to all to go here and experience what I did today !!
