This has always been my go to place, but the last few times I’ve been disappointed. They don’t leave the nails under the UV long enough and they’ve rushed the process. As a result this is my gel nail after getting it down on Sunday. Today is Thursday.ServicesPedicure, Manicure

Wow the best place I've been to. I had Rosa and I would definitely recommend her for a pedicure. The massage she gave me was so relaxing that it put me to sleep. She really did amazing when it came to cleaning my feet. Unlike other places, they take their time, and customer service is amazing. This hidden gem is a must visit place. I'll definitely be back!

I used to get very decent manicures and pedicures here but my last visit was very disappointing. They only had the very end of the polish I wanted and used it anyways and it came out lumpy. They tried fixing it multiple times but it kept coming out the same. I was there for a long time and somehow still left with a very sloppy looking manicure as well. My toes are still smudged but they would have had to take everything off and start over again to fix it. For $94 it wasn’t even close to worth the price.

Love the place, all the ladies that work there are so wonderful. A true gem in the neighborhood. My gel manicure is still intact and it's been over a week.

I've been getting my nails done here regularly for almost a year. They do a great job, and have a nice selection of colors for gel polish. Really good prices for the city as well!ServicesPedicure, Manicure

Best place to get a gel manicure and/or pedicure. I moved out of the area, but I take the train to get my nails done here. Very lovely ladies working here and always have a great experience.

This was my first time going on 9/28. I went pretty much when they opened so there was no wait time. The staff was super welcoming and engaged in conversation. I love that they even provide a bottle of water that’s complimentary, which is a nice touch. They took their time on my nails and that is a huge deal for me. Every other place I go, my nails aren’t 100% or my nails are left with so much residue. Here I was left with no residue on my nails, and my nails look 100%. I went in for a gel manicure. Little more pricey but with good customer service, I don’t mind that at all.

I love this place. This is my first time at Empire Beauty Spa and everyone makes you feel welcomed. They greet you with a smile, they assist you and they give you a bottle of water. I had a gel manicure and it came out perfect. Doma did an amazing job. Thank you guys.

My 1st visit here was great! Came for a second time, 1 year later, to get a gel manicure. First the nail tech insisted my natural nails were not mine I took that as a compliment lol. Then she charged me $15 to remove the gel polish on my nails plus $45 to do a new gel polish. Once I told her the $15 to remove the polish was ridiculous, I told her I'll go somewhere else to get my manicure and opted to still pay the $15 to remove the polish. She then tells me that I might as well go to the Bronx to get everything done. I'm not from the Bronx and needed my polish removed. The obnoxiously loud volume in which she repeated the $15 price was a total insult, and she tells me it'll take about an hour to remove my polish. It was clear she did not want to provide the service at all. I called one of their sister salons to find out that the prices for what I requested were in fact lower. And I ended up going to another salon close by to receive everything, including an impeccable gel manicure, for the true price. All was done in one hour!

Like the service that comes for a reasonable price. The state of the art steralization of the used devices is something hygiene lovers would appreciate. The vaccum tubes that pull all the clipped nails is also another nice thing that they have. Staffs are amicable and courteous.
