This staff is, all around, fantastic. I need extensive dental work, much of which is being done out of pocket, and the empathy and transparency exhibited by both the medical and administrative staff was exceptional. Very convenient scheduling and appointment reminders. Would recommend is office to anyone and everyone in the Old Bridge, NJ area!

This is the best dental office I’ve been too. The staff is awesome,nice and well versed. 
DR is fabulous.  Gives you all your possibilities your choices.  The office is clean and tidy. Most of all they all know what they are doing.  I highly recommend. Penny Coleccio.

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Pavlushkin for few years now, and all I can say is that whenever I’m in there I feel at home. I am a person like many who has a fear of dentists, and the doctor and staff always make me feel at ease and taken care of. The office is clean, and staff are extremely friendly and attentive. If your looking for a great dental experience in the area, I highly recommend it.
