I can’t speak for the owner but the new age hipster that offered me $80 on $520 “retail” worth of used once Dewalt Brushless 20v max tools with 2 5Amp batteries, charger and bag was very rude. When I told him how much more the Worcester store would give me he replied “Well then take it to Worcester”. He even looked up and old 2 tool sale I did at Worcester store and saw that they gave me $80. Those were old and used and worth far less! Never going back except to get my stuff back! These guys feed on the needy. The 1 star is for the fact that I had enough gas money to get through the work day!

Horrible. Just out to take advantage of needy people. Brought them some thing brand new unopened with a retail value of 350. They told me their process is to look up what it sold for on eBay used. He acknowledged mine was brand new but said it's still used to them. After they get the price of what it sold for used they said they offer 30 percent. Lol such a rip off. Tried offering me 60$ for a brand new 350$ item and then got an attitude when I said no way. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!
