It seemed fancy but not what we expected; many stores were closed and the facilities didn’t were clean at all. Nice to have it a few steps off the ferry.
Very nice outlet mall. Everything from the stores to the views are really great. Hopefully after the pandemic it will get more variety of stores.
Very new and the only outlet in the city, wish to see more brands and restaurants in the future. the ferry service is very convenient it’s free as well! and you can see the Statue of Liberty!!!

Easy access and parking. Outdoor open style provided great NYC harbor views. Remember to dress appropriate for the weather in winter.
Pretty cool spot. Just discovered it after I got off the boat from the Staten island ferry. Stores like Old navy, Gap, H&M.. all upto 40 percent off. Starbucks and Walgreens. Has small water fountains and benches to sit in. Can he a nice dating spot as it's right nexto the waters.
2021.07 great place to chill more than to shop for now, many stores are still vacant it coming in near future.
