This department is a complete disgrace. Its prime objective is to mislead and deny benefits.

This has been a complete nightmare. My claim is under CODE 55 and I have not received any benefits since late October. The representatives told me it’ll take 21 days for this to be resolved but now they’re telling me “there is no time frame” as to when my claim will be resolved and for me to receive my benefits. How convenient.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I’ve been trying to contact them for weeks now. Phones doesn’t even ring and they never reply to emails. The whole place needs to be rehired or retrained. They lack professional communication skills for days! Just rude

Wait time is definitely 1hour or more, they will take out an inquiry and leave you hanging without any adequate information. You will be left dumbfounded, and more confused than before you called. Csr are very nonchalant and careless.

Man don’t expect them to pick up ur phone. Sooo disappointed

I don't get the bad reviews. I called early in the morning and waited for about 20 mins. Melissa picked up the phone and answered all my questions and concerns. She helped me with my PEUC. She is very informative and helpful.
