Nice updated clean apartments with good tenants.
We have had a fabulous experience here! The apartments have nice layouts, maintenance handles issues with urgency and the management goes out of their way to be friendly and respectful. I would recommend living here to any friend!
Pretty great place, as far as apartments go. Staff is friendly and fairly responsive. Wish they had a play ground for kids, but what can you do?
Spend your money somewhere else. Encore has poor business practices for is residents. Encore will charge you for every light bulb that burns out, even in the microwave, 60$ for carpet cleaning, on Move out TAKE PICTURES!! They will make up cleaning charges to keep your deposit and then not call you or email you back!
