A representative from the Claims & Risk Management area helped me when I hit a business's sign and had to pay for it after being run off the road by another driver. He said he would contact the local police to attempt to get more information on the driver. I followed up after a week, and he told me that they were still working on it. After hearing nothing back for two months I decided to follow up again, and only then did he tell me they were unable to obtain any additional information.
