The clinic staff is wonderful. I’ve had a good experience with all of the staff and appreciate Dr. Haglind’s approach and thoroughness during clinic visits.

I have been very impressed with the doctor, Dr. Chow and the staff at Minneapolis Endocrinology. They are very thorough and are pleasant. I highly recommend this practice.

Front desk staff unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They won’t even acknowledge you in the slightest way when checking in. I’ve never seen anything like it. Trying to get prescriptions refilled is a total nightmare. Paula, the CMA is the most incompetent I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. OMG, stay away!

I see Dr. Chow for a rare disease and I really like him. He listens well, is really open to my suggestions. Whenever I message him, he replies promptly. I feel well cared for. I rarely work with nurses or other staff, but they seem professional and nice.
