Energy Fuel Healthy Grill

Gave this place a few chances… my first experience wasn’t the worst, but it wasn’t the greatest. I don’t expect healthy food to blow my mind… but the second time, they decided to disregard the instructions/requests. The final attempt.. they finally listened to my requests, however decided to add a nice amount of human hair to the mix. So… paid nearly 20 bucks for a nice contaminated dish of chicken avocado and human hair. The business has the right to say “it’s probably yours” which is the standard rebuttal… but I’m nice and bald, so this 20 inch long brownish/possibly even auburn hair I had the pleasure of pulling out of my mouth mid meal is definitely not mine.

I went in today for an order to go- ordered a bowl and added avocado. When I arrived home to eat my lunch, to my surprise my avocado slices were mostly black. This is the second time I had a poor experience at this location. A few months back, I went in about half an hour before their closing time and wanted to order food and was told they aren't serving food. The lady at the register was rude but I decided to overlook this, ordered an acai bowl which was delicious and then tried it out again today. I was again disappointed by staff and this time with the food as well. A black avocado is not "fresh". I won't be returning.

A pretty nice place for your quick to go or stay in healthy meal, decent prices for the wraps that are quite delicious. Bedsides the wraps they include a jam packed menu with all your healthy options.

I am always looking for healthy food and I am glad I found this place! I had the super protein plate which comes with Bison, chicken, tomatoes, peppers, onions and a spicy sauce made from tahini and hot sauce. It was delicious! Probably need to order an extra sauce. I did order one but used it for my potatoes! This is a low carb dish so i paired it with air fried sweet potato fries. They cook them with NO oil - i checked. They are yummy! I love me some sweet potatoes. A couple of them were a little burnt so i stayed away from those. After eating all the food, I felt full but relatively light and not stuffed or suffering from a carb coma - this is important to me. I also have a very sensitive tummy and i do not eat gluten or dairy or corn or eggs or soy and i was able to find plenty of food in this restaurant, it tasted really good and didn't upset my stomach at all. There is no restroom though which is a struggle for me lol! The girl at the counter was not super nice at the beginning but i think i was kind enough and she became more and more helpful as i talked to her more and as I nicely insisted on getting answers regarding ingredients in the different sauces. I personally did not think this place was overpriced at all. I got plenty of clean healthy food for ~ $20. I definitely recommend this restaurant especially if you are into healthy eating. Even if you are not, give it a try and you might just change your mind!!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with Energy Fuels prices and the upkeep of their store. I went to another juicing store that was about five blocks away and it was much cleaner as well as their prices were much cheaper. The man working behind the counter energy fuel preparing the juice was quite nice but the manager who came from the back kitchen made him change the already high price I was being charged to even higher price after I was charged and already gave him the money. The price difference between energy fuel and Baya which is a much better store overall was almost $4. I will not be returning to energy fuel . My recommendation is not to take my advice but instead to visit both stores and see the difference for yourself. Sorry, two thumbs down for energy fuel; learn to treat your customers better. I hope their conditions will improve soon.

There is one girl working here, who in my opinion does not deserve to be here at all!! she is usurious, impudent and very unhygienic!!! After this girl, the hair in the food increased!!! Get this girl out of here immediately or you will lose all your frequent customers. This girl is disgusting!!!!!

Love Energy Fuel.. the food and smoothies are Delicious. had a banana nutter with almond milk and a bison burger with fries.. One of my go to places.

While the food was good, I had ordered on line and received confirmation that the order had been accepted. I came 20 min later to pick up the food to find out that it hasn’t been started. The woman behind the counter shows me my order from the printer, telling me it just came out. No, it was just picked up, she left it lay there for 20 min. No apologies for the longer wait.
