We are a family-based law firm in Louisville and Southern Indiana, that has been providing professional, friendly legal services to individuals and families for more than five decades. We are proud of the fact that we have many repeat clients and that area realtors and lenders often refer people to our firm for help with their real estate needs. As estate planning lawyers, real estate lawyers and bankruptcy lawyers, we help families when they need us most.

Attorney Robert English has practiced in the areas of real estate law, estate planning and probate for more than 40 years. His daughter, Colleen Balderson, joined our firm in 2006. She has expanded our firm's practice areas to include foreclosure alternatives and immigration law.
