Relatively cheap, and great selection of Chinese songs. Cannot bring food or drinks in, but the bucket deal has 12 beers for 24 dollars. Not a bad deal.

This was my first time here, came in was given a room, guy walked in turned machine on and left. We had to wait and find someone multiple times to ask questions about working the play list not to mention they charge $2 for a kirkland bottle water when a case is less than $6 for 40 bottles, and if you bring any in from somewhere else they'll charge you $5. After 1 hour the room was a pricey $35 (nothing was ordered). Looking for a private karaoke room? there's better and more affordable places.

Lots and lots of room for improvement. Lets run down some Pros and Cons:
Pros:
- able to add or remove original vocals
- easy to check in
- great location
Cons:
- terrible context, lighting, signage and visibility outside and as you walk up all the stairs to get to the desk (definitely not ADA compliant).
- rooms were cold when we arrived.
- pretty terrible UI/UX for song selection
- it was possible to get an App on your phone to find and enter songs, but requires you to connect to the WiFi... the info for which isn't provided anywhere. We had to go to the desk to ask for it.
- all controls for song management were on a big touch screen - changing key was done on the machine under the TV - at a super low height.
- corded mics
- No beverage service. This is especially perplexing because when I made the reservation, I was asked if anyone in the group was under 21. After we arrived, they explained that there was a change of ownership and the liquor license had to be re-obtained.
- No food menu either.
- Many tears on the very uncomfortable benches that were just patched with black duct tape.
- Pricing would be reasonable if there were other services like food and beverages. But when we went to check out, the attendant only then informed us that he would only take 3 cards - another perplexing issue that could have been explained when making my reservation for 16 people.
- Song selection. All in all, there were a lot of recent additions (only because it uses the actual artist recording with vocal cancellation - another big con), but there were some curious omissions. Many songs we wanted weren't there. This ties in closely with the UI/UX because it was so hard to use in the first place - let alone find what you're looking for.
- Audio quality. Oh boy. Try your best not to change the key because when you do, it's running the cheeeeeapest tech to do it. The backing track gets really patchy, the tempo changes, and sometimes the machine will just arbitrarily change it back to its native key. Tie that in with the issue of removing vocals instead of just getting actual karaoke tracks and you get some pretty rough issues.
- Video/Text Issues were small but it really fell short on duets. There was no difference between parts. The text just rolled on through with the same colors.
All in all, we did our best to make it fun, but we won't be back unless there's a marked improvement.

The worst experience ever! Charging us $50 for bringing a cake in without any noticing. Paying an extra hour for only 5 minutes delay when we checked out. Be aware of any hidden fees. A cup of water charged a dollar each. The one in the front desk told us CASH ONlY! But some of us didn't have cash, he changed his mind and accepted cash .

Decent variety of songs but many rap and rock songs are missing lyrics. Website does not indicate that alcohol rooms are large only or that there is a 15% fee. Guy at desk seemed bothered by our insistence for clarity and refused to put down his phone while at spoke to us.
We will definitely never come to this karaoke place again.
