Story

Our goal is to awaken conscious action through the discipline of martial arts in all our members. Our practice on the mat inspires a way of living that embodies more conscious choice and less reactive tendencies. All members of this studio hold themselves accountable in both discipline and vision to bring out the very best version of themselves. As with any community and family, our support system can be far greater than any one individual's will power alone. Together, through our community, effort and discipline we ARE the change we wish to see in the world.
