Ensign Wholesale Floral

I owe the success of my business to the kind and helpful folks at Ensign. They all know me by name and always take the time to make sure I get what I need. Mary knows I am budget conscious and talks me through pricing. Mark, Krystle, Anna, Tara, Cassandra and Rachel are design pros and so patient with all my questions. Melissa knows the orders inside out. Kathy always greets me happily. Doug is just plain cool as are all the prep peeps and staff that work behind the scenes. Thanks, Ensign.

I absolutely adore the entire team at Ensign, they have worked side by side with our company to help us grow. I have worked with many different wholesale floral companies and have never had the personalized care that I have received here. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent wholesale house, whether you are able to visit in person, or deal with the well trained staff of salespeople on the phone. I have bought from Ensign for many years, and always count on their quality and selection. It's a great place for Salt Lake designers, and for those in outlying areas who are along the delivery routes.

My wife does flowers for weddings and called to get a quote from Ensign Floral, she was given a quote and said she would get back to them. My wife called and said that she chose a different company whose quote was less than half of Ensign’s quote and everyone freaked out. They said how they already placed the order and that my wife was super unprofessional. My wife called and explained that she never even placed the official order with them and wanted to apologize for any miscommunication. Rodger, the general manager, was a complete jerk to her on the phone and was saying stuff like “I’m not listening to you, I’m not listening to you” like a 4 year old. My wife explained how this has been the worst customer experience of her life and she will never recommend anyone to shop there. I’ll probably go into the store this week and talk to Rodger myself.

Terrible drivers. I haven't bought anything from Ensign, but I certainly wouldn't based on the driving performance of it's workers. I was traveling southbound on I-15 on a raining day, and an Ensign van was tailgating me. The road was not very crowded and there were three lanes around the Willard area. After tailgating me for a couple miles, the driver passed me on the right side, even though the left lane was open and merging traffic was entering the right. This made the driver cut me off. What a way to represent your company.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Walked in and not one of the 10 employees working said anything to us. Walked around for a few minutes lost and not sure if we were allowed to go in where the flowers were because of the awful design. I tried to get someone's attention who was not even a foot from me to ask if we could go in and she completely ignored me. Do not go here!!!!!

My experience is not good. I spoke with a lady who was very nice and offered to sell me carnation flowers to make graduation leis at .40 cents per flower when I told her I would be ordering 80 flowers. I told her I would call back. When I called back and order the flowers I was told me the price was .50 cents per flower and I was going to order the flowers but then he began to question me asking me if I was a retailer or "just a customer" and ask whether I had an account. I told him I did not have an account and then he informed me that the flowers were now not .50 cents form me but .72 cents per flower. Since I am just a customer and I could not order carnations from Ensign for what I was originally quoted because I am "just a customer" I thought I would tell my story in a review. No carnation leis from my graduating daughter from Ensign flowers.

Best place to get flowers. Vanissa is amazing and works with you to make sure you get just what you want. They went out of their way to make sure the flowers we ordered were good quality and definitely exceeded expectation.

Love this place for flowers for the weddings and funerals I do for family. It is a wholesale company, so you need a business license to purchase parts.
