Is it is unfortunate that a business can imply measures that simply don’t make a customer want to go back. The customer service behind plastic barriers- the receptionists demanding a customer put a mask on when the reception area is empty and even calling whoever to report at my refusal to put a mask on when 3 yrs later covid isn’t even a threat Zero customer service has led this business to never evolve and continue to put out sub par service where in a city there are so many other medical offices that are modern have welcoming receptionists that can speak eloquently and have moved on from being petrified from Covid. Never again and DO NOT Recommend From a medical professional herself with a even larger office.

I had a great experience at this office and felt that I received the proper and thorough care I was looking for. This office is clean and very well-run.

Every time I arrive at least 20 mins earlier, yet I still need to wait another 30-60 mins, even past my appointment time. Very disorganized and it’s wasting people’s time. Doctor David isn’t really helpful either, he is not patient and pays no attention to my symptoms. I won’t come back and I won’t recommend people come in to this office.

Great place manager of the front desk is really tends to announce patients payment amounts that are due after shouting there name...that's not something you should be announcing publicly

I came in for my 8am appointment. There was another patient that came on for 8:40am appointment. That person went in way before me way before 8:40am and I didn’t get to see the doctor until closer to 9am. Very disorganized and unfair practice

This is the best Doctors office we’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting so far since our kids were born. Knowledgeable Doctor and amazing staff. Very professional and friendly. Thank you Azar Bros!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this practice. The desk staff, medical technicians, and audiologists always treated me pleasantly and with respect. I had ongoing ear infections at the beginning of 2019. I visited urgent care twice and another ENT and was misdiagnosed 4 times. I was referred to the Hoboken office to Dr. Tandon who was exceptional. Upon resolving my immediate symptoms, he ordered a CAT scan to confirm my diagnosis. Because he was not a sub-specialist in my condition, he referred me to Dr. Smouha at the 5th Ave location. I ended up needing surgery which I had about 5 weeks ago. From my first appointment up to the day of the surgery, Dr. Smouha explained the procedure, risks, etc. I had a minor complication post surgery and the office staff got me in right away. Dr. Smouha personally called me every day for a week and had me send photos of my swelling progress to ensure I did not need to return to the office for another visit. On one occasion, I had to wait over an hour for a follow-up. But when I had my complication and had swelling and severe pain I may have waited ten minutes. Given that emergent issues arise as happened to me, I understand that offices can get backed up especially when surgeries are involved. Dr. Smoha's bedside manner is exceptional and I would recommend him to anyone. I am so thankful to have found such an incredibly talented surgeon who genuinely cares about my recovery. Thank you to Dr. Tandon, Dr. Smouha and everyone at ENT and Allergy Associates. You helped preserve my hearing and continue to provide patient care at the highest level.

It is always a joy to come to ENTA on 5th Avenue. The staff here is just incredible: everyone is smiling and always accommodating. The patient experience is amazing and the Doctors are excellents.
