Beginning With the front desk office staff, extremely professional fun helpful walked you through everything you did not know in filling out forms. As I was laid back to meet the doctor and my room, Diana, MA met me with friendliness professionalism and her vast knowledge wowed me. As she took my vitals and queried me for her intake I was impressed with how knowledgeable she was. Dr. David Palmer then came in and I loved him from the moment he spoke and called me grandma, as you see he was the same Doctor who put ear tubes in my grandson and that was an amazing experience for him as well. Dr. Palmer has great bedside manners, a great sense of humor extremely knowledgeable and I felt confident in his care. I was recommended to him and I will recommend him to others.

The group was fabulous. From the check in process to meeting with Dr. Palmer was great. I highly recommend this group for anyone seeking allergy treatment. I was able to schedule an appointment within a quick time frame and testing was scheduled quickly. I was very happy with my experience, I was seeking care because I felt that my current allergy regimen was not doing the job and I was continuing to be congested and I feel that I am in good hands with this practice, I felt that everyone worked together to provide excellent care with the patients and made for a welcoming environment. Allergies definitely can put a damper on your summer season but I am confident that I have an excellent team behind me.

Dr Palmer and NP Nancy are personable, thorough. The staff here are a great group, professional and friendly. Always a "hello, Carole" when I arrive, then very little if any wait time to get my shot. They're observant and also ask if I'm having any reaction to the shot after the wait time. Appreciate them all.

Fantastic staff! Had polyps removed by Dr Palmer and have been getting immunotherapy shots for allergies for around 5 years. They have helped so much, esp w asthma. Mckie is a very informed, professional and friendly physician. I always look forward to seeing Judy and Rachel in the allergy clinic. They are very friendly and kind. I will miss them when I don’t need to come in anymore.

Dr Swenson and the team especially Tammy and Rick! were so professional and friendly at the same time. They helped me feel completely at ease during my time at the clinic and helped answer all my questions. I would really recommend choosing ENT specialists because you’ll be in very safe hands.

Starting with the receptionist’s, they were amazing and more than happy to help. The nurses and doctors were amazing. Dr Nancy Stevenson was an amazing doctor for us and we were more than satisfied with everyone here!

I had been to several other doctors about my symptoms with no luck, but doctor Palmer and Mckie correctly diagnosed and treated my issues. Highly recommend this office. The whole staff is exceptional.
