I paid my bills every month, and in the month of July 2021 they charged me an amount of $ 504 and they never gave me a reason why? They are thieves, the only thing that graduates

This company is by far the most unprofessional light bill company EVER!!!! We have been waiting two days for lights to restore after, speaking with 5 different agents. And we still have no lights. Ridiculous and slow. Now I have to pay for a room and throw away my groceries.

No power on my side of the street. All the neighbors have power. What’s going on? I see crews all over, I stop some and they say they can’t help. They say they get orders to go to a site but the site has been Energized. What’s going on? I’m guessing no power til Monday, if that. No worries I know a good lawyer.

Power was supposed to be turned on, on the 11th in my name now no power after two deferent work orders were placed !!! I mean wow if you can go anywhere else for power do it!!! They don't care about their customers!!! Now I have to throw away 100 dollars in groceries on top of getting a room until Monday!!! So much for a good review!

Disgruntled passive agressive employees who will try to argue with you for asking to repeat themselves because they talk so damn fast you cant understand them. Illogical. Time wasters. If this business had competition they would be bankrupt in 24 hours.

Went to 3400 Canal to pay my bill. Was told they couldn't help me without a copy of the bill. I'm on paperless billing so do not have a copy but told her I had my account number. She repeated that they had no way to look it up. Are you kidding me? Truly that unqualified or just LAZY??!! How do they justify employment there?
