The lady who works customer service and sits to the left in the middle cubicle has the worse customer service one can ever experience. She prides herself on it. I’m not sure if she has problems outside her job, hates her job or is underpaid but she definitely needs training on her people skills. She’s rude and proud. She comfortably says rude things and sits back with her arms folded, rocks back and forth and laughs as if a person’s anguish is her highlight of the day. First incident, I explained to her that my bill was extremely high 1,000 per month and her response was that’s not an ENTERGY problem , it seems like u need to just get your service disconnected. She’s very aware that I run a business. So this is usually a laughing matter or a moment to be extremely rude when I talk to her. The previous time she assisted me by reviewing my bill which had errors and told me I don’t seem grateful to her after she “fixed” it. I’m not sure if this is a place where she comes to be cold and stroke her ego but I’m glad that I’m the one she chose to disrespect and be condescending towards because not everyone has a sane mind and good judgment. And further more, I requested to speak to her supervisor and she said he was counting down and becked her hand and asked security to walk me out. She needs prayer. Nobody should go to work that unhappy and miserable. It would be of service to review the cameras if there are any and you would see how she gets a kick out of being obnoxious and rude hoping for a response so she can call security and not have to do her job as a customer service rep.

Those old elderly black women lack customer service at the Behrman hwy location. It smell like vapor rub and cheap clearance perfume in there. In they big age, all they do is sit they big obesity self at their desk and gossip about the newer generation like old miserable old folks. Why can’t they practice customer service on their eight hour shift??? All they doing is growing old in the company anyways. The “least” they can do is try to have good service and empathy.

Im not a resident of the area however, I have been there very often with a friend , I've observed there operation of the business, there is one employee that I finds to be a plus Star for that company, his name is Mr. Martin. He is a man of patience and good character, he is there for the customers , providing TWO THUMBS UP with a high customer service. So that's my reason for giving 5 starts
