Enterprise Car Sales

I had been searching everywhere for a car. I went to dealership after dealership with no luck. Everyone told me that I had to have a co-signer. One weekend I rented a car from Enterprise and was at work and realized they sold cars. I entered my info online not taking it too serious. Not even an hour later I received a call from Natasha Price. When I say she worked with me. She went above and beyond. My car quit on me on my way to ther dealership and she made provision for me to still get to her. She listened to my desires for a vehicle and she matched them. She even had her finance man working with me and they were amazing. I was blessed to drive away with a fully loaded 2016 Jeep Compass Latitude and it didn’t cost me a lot of money like the dealerships were trying to charge. And when I voiced concerns about to some issues I was having the helped me correct the issue with no problem. I’ll tell anyone that going to enterprise car sales was the best thing that could’ve happened to me.

My experience with Enterprise Car Sales was absolutely top notch!!! The salesman, Damien at the Bert Kouns, Shreveport office was courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I was treated with respect and informed of every possible option available to me. I changed my mind on the color of the car I bought and was able to immediately trade it in for the color I wanted and with no hassle or mountains of paperwork. Damien, as well as the people I worked with in the finance department was always happy to listen to any concerns and address any questions I had. The “no price haggling” strategy reduces so much stress and anxiety that I had previously associated with the process of purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone and will take all my family’s future business them!

Do not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here. All the did was give me the run around's, & I paid for my tags & still haven't received my hard tags. If I can do my part all I ask is tht you do yours!

Thanks for the love you both showed us. Anthisha and Tinh are awesome people that worked with us to make this a Happy and painless experience. Never posted on line and many others will know how they cared for me and my family because it was truly amazing thing. Thanks for your help, time and concern both before and after the sale. Went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced down to the green ribbon on the car. What a pleasant and warm gift to this community. God Bless you both.

I was very nervous about purchasing a car...after being turned down by serval dearlerships. I call and spoke with Natasha and she told me to come on in. From the moment I walked through the door I could tell that I was in the right place. From picking out my car to finalizing the sale Natasha made sure that I was happy. Even the finance manger..i cannot remember her name....made sure that i was happy with my purchase. Enterprise Car Sales really care about their customers. I would highly reccomend them to anyone who is in the market to purchase a vehicle.
