Classic bait and switch. I booked a mid SUV Rav 4 or equivalent. Instead I received a Dodge Journey with a cracked windshield. Highly unimpressed. Oh and a semi clean car.
Renting a car here was an easy check in process. The car was ready, clean, and in great condition. I would gladly rent from this location again.
Great service. Great car. Was on time and everything. The only issue is with closing so early on Sundays. Most people leave on Sundays... and it would be a lot more convenient if they were open at least a few hours later. They close at 1 on Sundays.
They do a good job being as busy as they are. Ben is the manager and tries to accommodate reasonable requests.
Nice clean, newer car... easy in and out... convenient local locations and far better priced then the PHX airport...
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Car was ready upon our arrival nice, clean, roomy, sporty. Staff was very busy when we returned, but exceptionally polite and ready to help. Thank you!!!
Fantastic service! Trevor took great care of us and even went out of his way to pick us up from our hotel. Highly recommend this Enterprise.
