I have to say Enterprise is very relyable and there cars are clean and the employees are very helpful and very nice. I would not rent from anyother place.

We were out the door on a Saturday morning in under five minutes, and the economy/compact we got, an EcoSport, was in perfect shape and pretty nice.

Professional people, very kind and polite. Good cars : interesting the possibility to take the car here and leave it at JFK. Recommended !

Hands down the best service I've ever had at a National or Enterprise location. The folks working here care very much about their customers and take significant pride in delivering good experiences. A model for other locations to follow.

This was a good group of people. I got in and out very quickly. The staff was very knowledgeable, flexible and overall very easy to work with. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking to rent a car on Western Queens.

Do not take me wrong about this two stars, but the service was really good, unfortunately the car we got with our insurances was NOT smelling good. They gave us the option to go to an other location and get a different car. Looking forward to get this update....
