Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Really couldn't ask for a better experience. We've rented from this company and location before and both then and now just simply get great service! Their people are very accommodating and understanding of every customer's desires, situations & needs. There's a reason we switched from the "other" guys (Avis) with whom we had done business for some time. Their competition is just too small of an operation, not staffed adequately. Enterprise DOES take care of their customers!

My family and I love enterprise rent a car. We don't go anywhere else when needing to rent a vehicle. We prefer going into the Valley Dr. Location to make our reservations as to calling and using the 800 #. Besides, I prefer face to face rather than online or over the phone regarding matters like this. It makes me feel like I know what I am getting without all guessing and worries. The staff is always ready to meet our needs and they always exceed our expectations. They listen to what you need and work with you from there. We have always used enterprise to rent vehicles for our vacation travel needs. We have never had any issues with the service or the vehicles themselves. We will highly recommend the Valley Dr. Enterprise Rent a Car anytime. Our most recent rental required a last minute upgrade on our reservation(I mean last minute like when there to pickup the vehicle last minute). No hassles. No fuss. They checked what they had available, asked if it would suit us and on we went. Love it! Good job!

No hassles with my reservation. My car was ready at my pick up time and finishing the paperwork was quick. They're a great, helpful staff at this location. I will definitely use them again the next time I need to rent a car!

I never like dealing with this company. Wife does. We had a double upgrade. Big surprise cant do it. Guy i dealt with. Was rude until i gave him attitude about the upgrade. Very unprofessional person

The customer service was great, friendly and efficient, no complaints, but the vehicle was really meh. I own a 21-year-old Chevy truck that likes to break down and I had an action-packed itinerary on this trip and just wanted a vehicle that would not argue with me, so I decided to rent a car. They gave me a Hyundai Elantra which was like driving a tin can. I'm only 5'0 and I felt claustraphobic in this thing. And it had no power on mountain grades like on I-80 in Utah. This was supposedly "one step up" from their economy car. I ended up paying over $400 for a week and a day (insurance included), it would have been nice to have something a little less uncomfortable.
