Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had family visiting and would be at the house without transportation a few days. They decided they wanted a car for a day or two while my wife and I wworked.My father oderes online and we went to pick it up the next day. The inside was nice and clean. We were helped by a very friendly rep who informed us they did not have the size car we had ordered online, but gave us a few options for larger vehicles and offered not to charge us the upgrade cost. He was very patient and helpful and encouraged us to find a car that would work for us. As we saw different options we would run and get the keys or have the car driven up to us and never stopped smiling. Ended up with a nicer car than we thought for a good price. Would have been 5 stars easy if they had more cars available, but I guess that is to be expected in a smaller area.

Always had great luck with Enterprise! The current management bends over backwards to help you! I've been a faithful customer for longer then I can remember! Thanks to Evan and Jeff at the Delaware store for a smooth ride!

Excellent service. Car was available when promised and was in beautiful condition. Jeff did a great job getting me in the vehicle quickly and with pride too.

Jeff was extremely helpful and courteous. He bent over backwards to get us our rental after our accident. Great place, the parking lot is a little busy. I wont rent from anywhere else
