The staff at the Cheshire Bridge Enterprise is just amazing. They are always so friendly and communicative. They welcome you when you enter and if there are lots of others in line they let you know they’ll be with you as soon as possible and thank you for your patience in advance. Even if you have to wait for a bit because this is such a busy store - you feel acknowledged and valued. I rent from this location 1-2 times a month and Ian and Christina have the best customer service and always take care of me quickly to get me back out on the road! Highly recommend this enterprise!
Had the best experience ever with this Enterprise location. I got a rental car from them after being rear-ended, and the car I was approved for was much smaller than I was comfortable with, especially having to drive passengers. After speaking with the branch manager unfortunately do not remember his name! he gave me a courtesy upgrade to a much bigger vehicle that fit me and my needs! Especially dealing with someone else’s insurance, I don’t expect anything to go smoothly, and I was pleasantly surprised. Great service!!
I received a full-sized SUV for my long trip, rather than the standard sized sedan I had requested. I wanted a trunk to conceal the valuables I was transporting on an overnight trip. I was not happy. The rental took 45 minutes although Enterprise had confirmed with me the morning of the rental. Seemed like a long time for a simple, pre-arranged transaction.
Excellent service, a company that never stopped Helping us from the moment we landed. Worth Renting a car from them, service above and Beyond and care. And they upgraded the car For us at a great price. There is no need to rent aAcar at the airport but drive to them to save And earn
In short, rented a car and received a confirmation. When I got to the branch I was told there weren't any cars available. This was after I waited 25 minutes for the attendant to give me an attitude as if it was my fault. So here’s the thing - why wouldn’t you make an announcement stating there aren't any cars available? Why are you mismanaging inventory and still allowing people to book? Why didn’t anyone offer an alternative outside of the “we close at 1” response? WHY DIDN’T ANYONE CALL ME WITHIN THE 2HRS 45 MIN A RESERVATION WAS MADE? In any case I didn’t end up arguing like a few other folks there instead, I left with dignity because I’m not arguing in a rental spot, but also very disappointed that I didn’t have a car for my road-trip :/.
Prepare to wait no matter what you time you have scheduled. The cars won’t be cleaned on the outside, and thoroughly check for scratches, dings,dents, and the alignment.
I've been using Enterprise for years... until I came across this location. Booked a compact car for a 10 day road trip, only was forced to take their "sub compact SUV" WTH? instead. It was a real piece of junk that was dirty when we picked it up, then it started to pull to the left above 50 mph. Finally made it to our destination, and tried swapping out the dangerous POS for something more reliable. Took 2 days to arrange a simple swap out, which btw, was still not for the class of car I originally wanted. But oh well i guess, no one at Enterprise seemed to really care, as no one called me back to discuss the situation, so we'll try another company next time around...
On 09/14/2022, I RESERVED and CONFIRMED a mid-size car from this location. I took my car in to Anthem Automotive at 7:30am and awaited Enterprise to open at 8am to pick me up. At 7:50am, I received a call from the assistant manager saying "I'm sorry but we don't have any cars available. But, you can find another car somewhere else through Reservations." By 12pm and 13 call to Enterprise customer service, I was still stranded at Anthem Automotive without a car or anyone from Enterprise willing to to help me get one. I have since learned that a confirmed reservation means nothing as there is "No Guarantee" that a vehicle will be available. If you're left stranded without a car? That's your fault, deal with it. The management and staff at this location are piss poor and lacking any form of customer service skills whatsoever!!!
Make sure you look at the reviews before getting a car from this place. Reserved a car and took an Uber out of the way to this location, just to find out that there was actually nothing. They allegedly “tried” to contact me once however, it was 15-20 minutes before my scheduled pickup time and I was already enroute. The staff were unpleasant and unhelpful and don’t care about helping you. Talk about a waste of time and money trying to get over here. If you ever need to rent from Enterprise, stay FAR away from here. There’s a location near West Midtown - way more friendly, helpful and care about their customers… Note: The only reason I decided to even come to this location was because there were cars “available”
This Enterprise was great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even with the shortage of rentals they managed to find me a vehicle in time and were more than accommodating.
