Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff at this location are fantastic! I travel a whole lot for work and open properties all over the country. For that reason I’m always getting different state licenses when I’m working on projects. The lady at the counter was able to quickly update my information to my newest license to ensure I got my National points. I was renting for business and the staff gave me a complimentary upgrade to a Ford Mustang convertible. After my meeting decided to go out and enjoy the Island!

Long time Enterprise customer for personal renting and for film shoots. We even purchased our last vehicle from them. This location takes the cake in terms of customer service. Like most of the island, you get what you give. Respect these people and show them kindness and they will do the same in return. They open their doors promptly at the time listed, form a line outside but please don't stand there complaining about "I see someone inside, why aren't they helping us?" We stopped by the day before our rental to request an earlier pickup time which was no problem at all... arrived the next morning and had vehicle of our choice and was out of there in 35 minutes total. We loved the Jeep Wrangler for driving up the coast to Haleiwa and through the botanical garden. After seeing how east the top is removed and stowed in the trunk, we want to buy one! It was also great on gas mileage we took it to Haleiwa, down to botanical garden and back and topped it off with $25 before returning... not bad All in all, the ease of this rental made our trip to the coast a memory we'll never forget. Mahalo to all the employees at this branch.

Two individual rentals during my stay Staff were friendly and gave me a choice of 2-3 cars that matched my booking. On both occasions I found a decent sized queue and had to wait approx 30-45mins to get seen and get the car First car Camaro was great, well cleaned and in good condition Second car Mustang was not as clean. When I wiped the steering wheel and console it seemed as if little or no cleaning had been done previously. Also found a fault on convertible roof. On both occasions the staff tried to charge an additional fuel charge of approx $10 - when I queried it as I’d filled the car up and drove to the rental garage they immediately removed the charge.

Great service in Reno! Everyone was friendly, the car was brand new. The Kia K5 we received was fun to drive.

From the moment I was greeted at the counter, the staff there were incredible warm and kind, helpful in giving me tips for my time on the island, and even walked me to the parking garage and offered to help with my luggage. I'd like to shout-out Tanner from the car lot who was particularly wonderful. He was personable, efficient, and really captured the aloha spirit! He took the time to answer all the questions I had about my vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with it. Thanks again Tanner for all your help. Truly an experience I've never had at any other rental agency.

Great customer service. The car seats were a bit stained from the salt water and it smelled a bit. They get rented out quickly so after a while I’m sure they need a good detailing. We mentioned it to our customer service rep and she made it right by offering us a small discount.

Had wonderful experiences using this Enterprise location during my stay in Waikiki. My group rented cars on two different occasions once using the fun green jeep. The service we received from Malachi and Priscilla was great! They were incredibly friendly, personable, and knowledgeable! I would definitely use this Enterprise for future vehicle rentals!

The staff at this location are great!! I travel a lot, rent cars somewhat frequently, and probably spent a total of 90 nights on Oahu last year renting cars, roughly, twice weekly just for the day. They have a much harder job to clean cars between customers, beach rentals are what they are, people get sunscreen all over and sand all over. Enterprise does a really good job cleaning this, and definitely they need to always pay attention for sunscreen. It's really gross to sit back into a total stranger's greasy Back-Print. Thank you for not letting the cars turn into a beach... I wasn't always using the cars for a beach day and always having a clean rental for shopping and errands was great, like having my own fleet of cars in the building. I appreciate y'all!!

Everything went very well. The contact people were pleasant and efficient. They really know their job. The car worked fine. The information we were given about directions and parking was accurate. The only small glitch was a discrepancy between the cost of collision insurance listed on the website and the actual cost we paid. Thank you.

Vehicle was fairly dirty with substantial body damage, but worked ok. Bigger issue was the rental facility. Do not rent from this facility, period. No drop off during non-business hours, which are limited. And the building is absolutely trash. Worse parking garage I’ve been in, in a long time. Don’t take the stairs out or you will probably be the victim of a felony. Happy to provide video to management or anyone, if they cared at all. Be smart, just pay the extra small fee and rent from the airport. This place is to be avoided.
